Ok, folks get ready for a true story. Kevin, aka Jack Frost…read morewas given work to do for my mother's house. He performed a series of work, including a new outdoor floor/roof for an enclosed deck. He ranted and raved about a new kind of flooring to use, and we agreed to it, assuming he knew what he was doing. A few months after the vinyl flooring was installed, it started to discolor, separate, leak, and fall apart. I reached out to Kevin to get the issue addressed, and have been trying to do so for almost a year. Kevin first gave me all the standard excuses as to why he will eventually look at it, nothing happened. The deck continues to fall apart and leak every time it rains. We've spent a good $5,000 on this deck remodel. Currently Kevin will not respond to my communications and he hopes to weasel his way out of his obligations as a business owner and a man. We will be taking him to court to get remediation from this nightmare. Here's the reason why we'll win in court---he took advantage of my 88 year old widowed mother, who lives alone. What kind of man does this to an elderly woman? She trusted him, and he cheated her out of her money. We will go to court over this, and this will be an easy win. I hope you are ready, Kevin.

Jack Frost & Handyman Services is a great company…read more Kevin truly understood my needs, he works with/for you and not about the expensive pricing. Since this was unexpected, it was very stressful. The work was completed sooner than expected and before the other companies could even set up an appointment for an estimate. Thank you!!!!!!
