I have been a patient of Dr. Anne Stover for a lot of years, and, through many moves where I have…read morebeen out of state twice....once for 2 yrs. and once for 4 yrs. and she has always taken me back as a patient. I have never left her office feeling that I forgot to ask her something, didn't get everything taken care of or that I was not her main priority during the entire visit. She is right there and she is PERFECT in every aspect of a provider of health care in "every way" "every shape and form" and I would not go to anyone else in this area. Her heart is so huge and she listens to what you "don't say" as much as what "you do say'. I love her and thank her for being the best doctor "in every way" and thank her for always allowing me to come back when I did move!!!!!

If you answered yes, then advanced urology is the place for you!! In all seriousness. I had THREE appointments over THREE months, with the nurse practitioner who did absolutely NOTHING for me at any of them. I drove 40 minutes, waited 30-40 minutes each time only to have a 5 minute sit down with Jessica 3 times in a row so she could tell me "let's wait another 5 weeks to see if anything changes." No PSA blood work ordered, no CT scan (I was able to get into a new primary care who IMMEDIATELY ordered me one AND blood work after asking if this place did either thing based on what is suspected to be wrong with me and could not believe I had been there so many times and actually told "she doesn't want to order any tests or scans". I have to ask, if you guys read this, what is the point of going to your office if you're going to make me waste months of my time and money and not actually try to help me get better? I'm furious because I could have been receiving the same help im finally getting now FOUR months ago, and had my insurance deductible met at the time so this didn't cost me a fortune. Completely inadequate attempts at the slightest thing resembling "medical care". After those 3 visits (I was told I'd see her ONE time and then see the doctor, 3 visits later and 3 months wasted she finally decided to schedule me with the doctor, who I know for a fact from personal previous experience for an unrelated issue is not much better) I was told in 6 more weeks I could see the doctor. To give you a time reference I started seeing her in September 2020 and would have JUST YESTERDAY (Jan 27th) seen the doctor. Good thing I don't have cancer because I would be dead right now from having to wait this long to even attempt to get something resembling actual care. I don't know if Advanced or NEO is worse, they're both terrible for different reasons, but I know that what I've learned from all of this is 1. I'm probably going to have whatever is wrong with me forever because they waited so damn long to even try to actually do something about it, and I fear it's permanent now, and 2. Health care in NE Ohio completely sucks.

This place is the most TERRIBLE hospital EVER!!!! My Mom had a major surgery and they wanted to…read moresend her home with low oxygen levels (dipping into the low to mid 80s) then they got her put on oxygen and her final day in the hospital, she was completely ignored, no one would come to her aide when she used the call button and completely ignored her all day long. They eventually turned her call button completely off no one could call for help. When she was out of surgery, she sat in recovery for over 7 hours and they wouldn't let us see her! She was the first patient in for surgery and the very last to leave at night to go upstairs. They wouldn't even let us back to tell her we were still there and just check in on her! I've never heard of a hospital doing this. They claimed she was sleeping the entire time which we found out later to not be true. When she was sent home, they timed the oxygen delivery so it was dropped off BEFORE she got home and no one would come to show her how to use it. (She's never been on oxygen at home before) We had to scramble and call around to people we knew that have used oxygen for help. Thank God we had a family friend that knew how to use it! They also don't know what a CLEAR diet means. Who gives a patient tomato soup when they're on a CLEAR diet??? The nurses are all pretty much incompetent and useless! She wasn't even given her prescription meds when she was in the hospital! I am glad I no longer live in Youngstown as I would refuse such horrible treatment from the rude, ignorant, incompetent staff at this sad excuse of a hospital! Stay away from this hospital at all costs! They're absolutely horrible and have zero bed side manners!

I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the doctor and their staff's ability to work with my daughter. They were also very respectful of my views on medications and were thorough when explaining possible avenues of treatments. Wonderful combination of knowledge and bedside manner that makes this doctor a prime find.

When I…read moretried to search him on yelp, I got two other addresses- one in Warren and one in Cortland and wasn't sure if it was the same person so I am leaving my review under Dr. Smith since it is at the same address. I have been to so many different OB/GYN's in Boardman and wait literally hours for every single appointment. Dr. Eucker has seen me on time every single visit, and I really appreciate that. He's also very thorough and takes his time with you. He says he runs on time because he doesn't deliver babies, but I don't need an OB just a GYN. So, if you just need GYN yearly check ups, this is a great office with no waiting.
