One of the employees came over as soon as he was free and immediately took car of the problem for me. The same EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE the second time this happened. The third time the owner promised me he could fix the air leak in 5 minutes, showed me where I'd picked up a screw, and had me fixed and out of there in the 5 minutes!!! I would recommend this store to anyone, especially a single gal needing help!!!

They tried to get them to change all four tires with a story that the others were under 3/32s depth. Funny thing, we moved from the north and had just had our winter tires replaced with summer and had been told by a reliable dealership less than a month before that we had plenty of tread. Stated this to the person trying to upsell us and the rep said, 'Oh, I have not looked at the car personally, let me go check.'. On the check, all was well...imagine that. Took the car to a dealership--Blackburn's Nissan--and they said we had 6, 7, and 8 / 32nds on the tires Firestone wanted us to change. My only wonder is why I am not reporting this Firestone to the Attorney General. I'll just assume they may have been confused or something. But as I said, don't walk, run AWAY from this place.
