The value was great. The bathrooms were immaculate, as was the large kitchen. Everyone wore their masks and there was Clorox products around. There is a rear load in door so it was very easy to get our equipment in and out. There were two really nice attendants when I got there who unfortunately I cannot remember their names. But they got us set up and made sure our music and temps were good. James closed us out and was great. My first point of contact on the phone, Daniel was super patient & attentive. He made the booking process a pleasure. What can I say, my client who is an A list celeb was happy so I am happy. Will definitely book here again. The day before the baby shower, Sandy sent an invoice for double the budget. This was not communicated prior to. Sandy also used most of the budget for chairs, plastic ware, and tables and no decor. When we arrived the day of the event, Sandy was late setting up. She didn't finish until two hours after the event started. She also had our family and friends helping her complete the set up which made the shower start so late. She did not have a staff to help her as she stated. She also had someone bring the center pieces two hours late and placed them down as guests were eating. We had to pay the dj for an extra hour and request that Sandy extend the space rental due to her late set up. The baby shower only had balloon garland chairs and tables. Sandy did not incorporate any of our ideas and the baby shower was not winter wonderland. This was a not what I expected or reflected the budget spent on it.

We were disappointed by our recent experience. When we attempted to update our order quantity the…read moreday before pickup, we couldn't reach anyone and were later told no changes could be made--despite the contract not listing a deadline. As a result, we overpaid for items we didn't need. Several items arrived damaged or unusable, including cracked glassware, stained/shrunken napkins, and worn easels. We also had to rewash more than half the glassware due to dirt. Communication was difficult due to a point-of-contact change, and overall customer service lacked the flexibility expected in the event industry. Unfortunately, we won't be returning for future events.
