This review will be a long one because I truly want people to know how much Josh will do for his…read moreclients. Of all the people we have met during the process of buying a home, Josh is easily the person we are most grateful for. I cannot say enough good things about him. My husband and I are first time homebuyers which means we had a million questions, a million and one concerns and worries, and so Josh got a million and one texts from us. He answered each one realistically with his insane amount of knowledge, kindly and most importantly patiently. Josh went above and beyond in every single process - sending us potential homes based on our wants/needs that were discussed with him in our introductory call, coordinating and attending last minute showings with us all over Orange County, advising us with offer negotiations and gave us tactics that got our offer accepted when we finally found a home we loved, guided us through the entire inspections process, handled our wants for credits/repairs and got us to closing. Josh's involvement in the every step of this process is never bare minimum. He didn't just come to the showings with us, he spends time pointing out things that we may not have known as first time buyers (potential resale issues, deferred maintenance that we'd have to absorb later on, what's important for safety vs cosmetic things that we can change ourselves). He even recommended his preferred lender to us who helped us close in 21 days (formally, but our paperwork and everything was done in 18 days!!). He also arranged and recommended most of our inspectors (we did a total of 8 inspections between general and specialty) who did an amazing job on giving us an idea of what we were walking into. He's there with us the whole time, giving us second opinions on what to actually be worried about vs what is a bit doom and gloom. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. My husband & I actually found Josh from his podcast where he posted a extremely detailed step-by-step guide on how to buy a home in California. It was so educational, detailed and easy to understand which is exactly what it's like working with Josh. If you are a first time home buyer (or really any buyer/seller) who wants to work with someone who understands real estate and the market, will have your back, advocate for your wants, has a wonderful network, and is honest and kind and phenomenal at what he does, Josh is your agent.

We were already…read morefollowing Josh Alexander for his many local tips and news, so when it came time to search for a bigger house we knew Josh should be the first person we should talk to in helping find our next home while staying in Yorba Linda. In our first conversation, he really listened to what we were looking for, what were our must haves, and what were our compromises. With his advice and insights, he gave us a good idea of what to expect in the current Yorba Linda housing market. We truly felt he was getting to know us as people to help us find a home fit for us. Josh's communication is also excellent, he is professional and also very friendly and personable. He knows exactly when and how often to check-in, catch up, or share updates as we looked at listings. Anytime we had a question, Josh was prompt in responding and thoughtful in his insights. Once we had our sights on a potential home, Josh made sure to give us advice that made us confident in our decision making and that we were comfortable with each step. We never felt rushed or pressured, if anything Josh was very patient with us as we were stressing about making a big decision overall. He gave us our time to think, answer any questions we had, all while making sure we were staying on track with the process. With an offer in, we felt confident that Josh had our best interest in mind and we feel like we got the best value in the negotiation process. There was a lot of back and forth, a lot of paperwork and signatures, but Josh always took the time to explain everything so we fully understood. The home buying process is never easy, but Josh and his team kept everything very organized, communicating when each step was ready and when it needed to be completed by. Going beyond the home buying process, Josh also shared his personal contacts with various local trades for any inspections, repairs, or other work we were looking into either during or after escrow. By the end of it, we truly felt like we got the best value we could have from purchasing the home and are extremely excited to move-in! We're also excited that we'll basically continue to be Josh's neighbors and keep checking on his page for new local tips! Josh Alexander is definitely someone we'll keep in our contacts for future and will fully recommend to anyone we know looking for a home in Yorba Linda.

I saw Alex's signs a lot and recently a house sold on my street for above the listing price. When I called Alex for consultation I knew I had found my guy! He was patient, thorough and very informative. He and his team immediately went to work. My house was in really good shape as it was, but WOW - when his team got hold of it, it absolutely sparkled! His entire team, the stagers, the handymen, the cleaners and all the co-workers in the office worked so hard for me. Everyone was just amazing. My house sold very quickly and for a little over 115K over the asking price. When problems arose with the buyers during escrow, Alex with there every step of the way, always available to talk and text to calm, reassure me and ultimately solve every problem. His final text to me: "Please let me handle all the small stuff". I would like give a shout out to each and every individual name that was there for me, but I know I'm not going to remember all of them: Denisse, Fatimah, Jaqueline, Joseph, Mark and I know there's more. Thank you so much!

Although the same great comments had been repeated so many times by so many of their clients, I still want to add mine to show our gratification and appreciation. Juhee & Justine recently helped us sold our Fullerton house. When Juhee and her assistant Hannah came to our house the first time, they explained everything about selling a house in Fullerton except pushing us to sign a contract with them. Unlike many other agents who brings a prepared contract to the first meeting, Juhee didn't bring one. She spent all the time explain the market and the process. Seeing a very knowledgeable Realtor teaming up with her son plus a young energetic assistant Hannah, we were confident that this team would do a good job (actually, they have done a Great job!)! After we choose them to represent us, the process started quickly and smoothly! The stager came to make our house more attractive to the young families; the photographer made a very professional online album to show the size and beauty of our home. We had one open house and received multiple offers within three days. Each member of this team had their own designated responsibilities and they work together to make this process seamlessly. From the date we signed contract with them to the date we moved out of our sold home, it took only two months! During this time, our only responsibility was to keep the house clean. They took care of everything else! In additional to their solid knowledge, decades of experience and high efficient working style, communication is another key area which I highly appraise them! We never hesitate to ask them anything. They always have the answer and replied us in timely manner. I cannot say enough how professional they are! We highly recommend this team to anyone who are planning to sell and buy a home. You won't regret your choice.

I reached out to Jane and on that first phone call I knew she was the one who would get us our dream home. She was so sweet, so knowledgeable and so patient. She was eager to find us exactly what we wanted but I think she knew even before we did what we were capable of. She guided us to talk to lenders, fix our credit and save to possibly look outside the realm of mobile homes. After about 9 months of hard work, commitment and looking at countless mobile homes she made us realize what potential we had to buying an actual house. We then began our short journey to finding our dream home. We went and saw a new build in corona and fell in love but we honestly thought there was no way so we left kind of sad but feeling good about the prospect of a house! Jane reassured us that a new build was in fact NOT out of the question we just needed to be patient and find the right price at the right time. Flash forward to a couple months later and countless shared listings to each other, we met up in Lake Elsinore to go view 4 different communities in one day. The first house my family and Jane stepped into that day sparkled with magic. We all looked at each other and just knew this was the one. We did end up looking at the others that day but we ended up back at our dream home, after what felt like the most magical day that was full of alignment. Our first full day of house hunting and we found our house on the first stop. We put a deposit down and a month and a half later we are LIVING IN IT!!! Jane was such a blessing in this journey, literally couldn't have done this without her, her kindness and her knowingness of our possibilities. We went from clients to family and I couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you Jane for believing in my family and for finding us our FIRST home, our dream home.
