Pho Saigon NEVER disappoints! The pho is absolutely delicious--rich, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and the perfect comfort meal every single time. You can tell they put care into their food. And the customer service is just as amazing! Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Great food AND great service is hard to beat! My ONLY complaint is that I wish they were closer to my house because that drive is no joke! But honestly... the pho is so good, I keep making the trip anyway. Definitely one of my favorite pho spots! read more

Overall: good pho, family owned ambiance, a little over priced I enjoyed the pho a lot it was rich and had a good portion of noodles, but still some of the most expensive pho I've had I would come back but sparingly due to the high price. I know times are tough for everyone even buisness, but it's hard to rationalize that much for pho I saw other reviews say the inside workers felt chaotic, I see what they mean as they seem to be family working and just kind of loudly talking to eachother and instructing but I actually loved it gave a very .... Genuine? Feel. But again then I would kind of be hoping to pay less since it's not a fine dining experience I did find the workers to be very kind and personable. They seemed to have lots of repeat customers who they knew well. And that was endearing as well I think the other dishes and appetizers were just average Again, would I come back this year? Sure but a more affordable pho place would have me coming a few times a month read more

This is the first time we have been here. The staff took our order quickly. I ordered chicken pho and crispy vegetarian spring rolls. The spring rolls were delicious. Full of flavor. The food was excellent here, we will be back to try different items. read more

What makes this place so different than any other Pho restaurant is the owner. Nearly half the customers that came in, she knew and greeted by their first name. Some of them she knew their order without them having to look at the menu. I was impressed by her ability to multi task. She was on the phone taking orders, waiting on tables, and checking customers out. There was honestly a bit of a wait due to this, but her personality and amazing customer service are was worth the wait. As for the pho-honestly was okay. The crispy egg roll was good. Again, it's really the owner which is making this place a successful restaurant and business. read more

An excellent restaurant that makes you feel like family. The pho is the most flavorful I've ever tasted and the best in the area. We've never had an issue with taste or service. It gets busy quick especially in the colder months. If you want the best pho come here! It's worth the drive. read more

This was my first time trying Pho Saigon and chose to do carry out. I tried the large Pho Beef Steak. First the pros, the portion is large for the price you pay and you do get a good amount of broth. You also get a ton of noodles and I was satisfied with my steak portion. The downside was I didn't like that I had to pay extra for a little extra hoisin sauce and I also did not enjoy the flavor of the broth. The broth is a huge component when it comes to pho and I just didn't feel like this was the best I've had. To me it's a 3 out of 5. It is very hard to find pho since we are further South and I am used to some delicious pho from northern Virginia. Despite that I would be willing to come back and try some entrees. read more

My husband was sick so we did carry-out chicken pho - they were POPPIN on a Saturday afternoon. Even with carry-out the food and service were fantastic - I have zero concerns or complaints! Couldn't have had a better experience - I only wish I would have gotten a picture. We will absolutely be back read more

Pho Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant - Beef pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Fredericksburg, Virginia

Restaurant worker was extremely rude and passive aggressive to customers. Even the way she spoke to her coworker was uncomfortable to listen to. There is no need to announce to the entire restaurant if your coworker made a mistake. She was constantly yelling the entire time, making it impossible to enjoy the meal in such a chaotic environment. The pho came with barely any beef (literally two and a half slices), and the noodles were completely overcooked. The prices were fair, but a restaurant should feel welcoming and relaxing, not stressful and chaotic. read more

The food is amazing. I have been here three times. Great food and service. Lisa is so knowledgeable and swift to provide anything to make the visit even better. Our server Angelena was so kind and accommodating. They didn't have my favorite dessert BUT what they recommended as equally as good (sticky rice with mango ice cream. AMAZING!!! read more

Food was great and a good portion. Lisa was our server and was lovely. The restaurant feels cozy and welcoming, feels like i'm at home lol

Service was good but the food was not very good. Noodles were overcooked and the pho broth was not very flavorful. Ordered some garden rolls and it was not filled with the normal amount of veggies so it was mostly overcooked noodles wrapped in rice wrapper. Will keep searching for pho in Fredericksburg! read more

Food, pricing and service was good but check the serving size in the photos before deciding to eat here. Coming from CA where great Pho is common, the pho and vermicelli bowls are full and not just noodles. The pictures show what you are getting and its disappointing. read more

My favorite pho in the area. Love the grilled pork bun. And the summer rolls are so good. They are always super friendly.

I came because of the reviews. I love Vietnamese food. I ordered the pork with vermicelli it was horrible. The meat was tough, tasteless, and not fresh. The spring rolls that came with it were soggy and tasteless as well. I ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash. read more

Love this place ! We come here very often. Family owned and every one is super nice . The food is amazing. Best fried rice I'd ever had . The pho is as equally amazing. The crispy spring rolls are the best . The fried wontons are so good . They have different sauces for all the dishes and all are fantastic. Make sure to get an iced coffee to go! read more

Years ago when living in Virginia, I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant on several occasions. 25 years later, (I live in Delaware). I dined with a friend it was as if no time had passed. The food was fabulous, and the flavors were memorable. The new location had a very pleasant ambience with friendly waitstaff and owners. read more

We LOVE this place! The best part is that our children, who are very picky eaters love this place as well. The staff is incredibly nice, welcoming and accommodating. They talk with their customers on a personal level (almost like family). The owners even start to remember their repeat customers. This is a family-owned business and they really care about the quality of service and food they deliver. We really only ever order the pho, so I can't speak to other items on the menu, but the pho has the most flavorful broth and they don't skimp on the add-ins. read more

It's been a minute since I was here. I stopped in yesterday. Few thoughts: 1. The staff is beyond nice. They make you feel like you are important to them. And I think you are. 2. This place never disappoints and always has new items to test my palate. I saw a new item it was mini steamed buns which comes with four and dipping sauce. They were delicious and savory. I normally order rice vermicelli with crispy roll and fresh herbs or banh xeo which is served with lettuce and dipping sauce but I order beef pho. The soup broth was very flavorful and amazing. The service was awesome and the restaurant had great decor. It was comfortable and the staff always make you feel like family.
