If you've never experienced the food before, make sure you order something with their noodles. Another infamous dish here (and at all other Xingjiang restaurants), is their lamb skewers. They use a special spice (chose either spicy or not), and serve chunks of tender lamb on metal skewers. This is as famous as dumplings are to Chinese and pasta is to Italian.
