Great service as the server guided me through the menu as this is my first time. I ordered combination meat pho. The ambiance is nice, modern, clean restroom with plenty of free parking spaces. The pho served with bean sprout, Thai basil & culantro! I do love culantro & it is not cheap. I am so impress they serve that with pho here. I only order medium size and it came with 70% meat & 30% rice noodles which is rare. Typical, it is 50/50 meats& noodle ratio at other places. Quality of meats are tender, delicious & plenty! I have to take some leftover to go. Pho broth are legit beef bone broth as I can tell the different. Please if you are in Southglenn. Give Pho 95 a try & go eat Sulbing Korean shaved ice next door for dessert :)

EDIT: Aaron, the owner, kindly responded and messaged me after my review and apologized profusely and handled it perfectly and in a professional manner. My emphasis on loving the owner still stands! ORIGINAL: i would give 0 stars if i could. i've been going here for about a year, i love the owner, and i always got takeout. i got takeout today 03/27: 1 rare steak and tendon pho and 1 rare steak pho. they gave me the wrong order and gave me a rare steak and well-done brisket. i called them and they offered me credit. all good! then, i opened the actual package and found the well-done brisket and rare steak smelling like literal used shoes and had a metallic shine on it (indicating old meat). i had to call again and ask for the manager and explained what was going on with the meat. he said, "well we cut it today so".... i just asked for a full refund because i had to throw all the meat away. he hesitated a few times and it sounded like he didn't want to give me a refund, so i offered to send pictures of the meat, but he just concluded to a refund. the "sorries" were pretty flat. usually, i don't leave bad reviews because i don't want to be a karen, but management ruined my entire dinner. 0 stars. i will not be returning. you shouldn't either unless you want old meat. try pho lee or pho saigon on arapahoe instead. their management cares about their customers.

They have the Beef Stew here! In fact, I'm impressed at how large and varied the menu is. I'll have to come back and try the beef stew as my friend did not even share a little bit of his with us! That's ok though, 'cause I got a big meal myself: 9H. Wagyu Beef (Kobe Beef) with Seared Scallops. It's probably the most expensive item on the menu, over $40. I thought I'd be getting some real good beef. Which wasn't bad, but sadly, a tad overcooked. The ends were burned and it was swimming in oil on the hot skillet. What's nice about an Asian steak is the various fixings that came with the dish: seared scallops, carrots, and some greens and aromatics. I definitely used the rice that came with! Others in the group seemed to have enjoyed their appetizer (egg rolls) and mains (pho). So yes, I would recommend Pho 95. It's a good choice next to the theater for a meal before or after the movies!

Forgot about this place and decided to come in for lunch! Really good broth! Some places are a little too sweet but this one is very good. Split a pho (meatball and eye round beef), xiu mai banh mi, grilled beef banh mi (had to take this Togo) and Vietnamese iced coffee. Banh mi are solid flavor, vinegary veggies, cilantro, and a little jalapeño kick. Staff was excellent, attentive, and clean

Good pho and fried rice. 1st time trying other items on the menu, appetizers and seafood dish were disappointing. Stopped in for late lunch on Sunday and the lemongrass and coconut broth clam appetizer was a highlight -- the broth was flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal missed the mark. The escargot appetizer with mushrooms was extremely salty; I ended up trying to dilute it in the leftover coconut broth just to make it edible. For my entrée, we ordered one of their homemade specialty seafood dishes, which turned out to have imitation krab. Not only was that a letdown, but there was something off about it -- almost like it was on the verge of going bad. The shrimp was chewy, squid was fine but had a hint of frozen in the taste, "fresh veggies" looked dried out or saved in fridge without covering. I'd stick to the basics next time and skip the more adventurous dishes, you'll be happy with the Pho and rice dishes.

We found this place probably around 18 years ago when my Vietnamese aunt first came to Denver and hadn't found any great pho/vietnamese food around. Once we finally did find this gem we were forever changed. We have tried as many places as is humanly possible in those 19 years. Places in aurora, Parker, Lakewood, Denver, castle rock, Westminster, Arvada, etc etc and we have yet to find a place that excels in everything like Pho 95 does. Their pho is so flavorful and excellent, their seafood is high quality and fresh, their greens are always beautiful, the staff is so so kind and the place is spic and span! My sister did their Pho King challenge for her 26th birthday and had so much fun (even though she was not successful lol). The owner gave my dad one of his last saved bottles of the original sriracha when they had to change the recipe since my dad has been coming so long. We've lived so much life here! The food, the people, and the environment make this a true community gem and I will never stop singing it praises!

Been coming to this place for over 10 years now. Each time I come here it feels like I'm taking on a new adventure to learn about more of the beauty of the world. I am yet to have a bad bite of food from this place. I have tried many dishes and honestly I can't say enough good things about the food and the staff. Everyone needs to try this place once in their life. I wish I could give it a Michelin star. I give it 5 Barbara stars.

Biff, The Ambassador of Soul, sent us, and it did NOT disappoint! We shared the combination rice noodle bowl, and it was more than enough for 2 people! The atmosphere is pleasant, and Biff playing some blues and oldies in the background adds to the vibe. We'll be back for sure! The hot tea hits hard. It's super delicious- no sugar needed.

But walking in we were greeted in a timely fashion and being able to watch the noodles being made was awesome. Pros: large portions and friendly service. Even though it took maybe 15 minutes to get an order of steam dumplings, I can also understand that everything is made in house. We ordered the pork and cabbage steamed dumplings. Very good. I wanted to try the spicy wonton side dish. So next time. I ordered the beef and jalapeno dish. I loved it. The jalapeños weren't spicy but had a mild crunch to them. The beef was cooked really well. Had a light sauce on the bottom of the bowl that paired well with everything else. My husband ordered the Peking Wonton soup. The broth was light with a subtle taste that I couldn't identify. But it was a nice light broth. You could easily order half the menu since it's a small menu. Cons: I had to ask for our drinks, which our waiter forgot but did comp them. It was a diet coke and an unsweet ice tea. Service was a bit slower than I would have wanted. This is not a get in and out quickly restaurant. We did not see our waitress for more than half the time. But we did see other staff taking care of us. Recommended? Yes. Place is small and can fill up quickly. But the food was spot on as far as freshness of the vegetables and noodles. Staff is friendly. So those points make it a solid 4.

The chili sauce chicken dumplings were tasty -- a modification we requested off the menu. That said, the dumplings themselves reminded me a bit of Bibigo-style frozen dumplings in texture. The xiao long bao were decent, but I personally prefer the soup dumplings at Nana's Dim Sum & Dumplings. The crab rangoons were a highlight and had actual crab meat, unlike many places that use imitation crab. The Thai pineapple chicken was too sweet and ended up being our least favorite dish. Drinks The Thai iced tea was refreshing. Vegetarian Options They do have vegetarian options on the menu. Service & Ambience Service was quick, and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Price Very reasonably priced Overall A good place to try dumplings with a few standout items, especially the crab rangoons.

I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.

We did not expect that this place would have two restaurants! A morning restaurant, the Early Bird Eatery and then the Monks Indian Fusion Cuisine! Do not be in a hurry since this is truly a small business and if you are lucky will likely engage the owner. It was a cozy environment for us and dinner. The food is good and priced well but the reason for this low rating is due to their dishonesty. I thought perhaps this was a one-off situation but I read another reviewer years ago experiencing the same thing. We were planning to pay and apparently, the 20% "gratuity" was already added for our family of 5. Then the server proceeds to ask how much we would like to tip on the screen, but something didn't add up. The total amount seemed like it was way above it should be including the tip and when we requested a printed receipt, another server had to come by. It felt like the older gentlemen was trying to double-dip by telling us that the tip wasn't added but clearly there was a gratuity already there. No apology or anything. We didn't even add the gratuity and it looks like the server automatically added it to our bill without us knowing. We didn't want to have any other issues so we just left paying for the 20% gratuity and decided that we won't be going there anymore. It makes me sad since this was our solid Pho spot in Denver but I cannot support an establishment that is dishonest. It only makes me wonder how many other customers they had done this to and if anyone else has caught them. I get it, cause often times, I don't even check the bill so I would say beware if you do go here. Look at your ITEMIZED receipt and check what you ordered.
