We have been coming here for years and it has been our go to for pho as a family. The service had gone down hill dramatically and it seems they have gotten cocky due to their success. One of their servers seems perpetually high, the bar is so loud that it impacts the dining experience and the last time my son and daughter were there their order was heard wrong and they were brought the wrong thing which happened to be much more expensive than the thing they ordered. Instead of solving it the server just walked away after telling them it was too bad and they would just have to eat it! Literally and figuratively! Food is still good but I have to update and lower the stars because they often do frustrating things by not paying attention. Case in point, I came on Tuesday for Happy Hour and the special was $5 cocktails. I asked the server if all cocktails were $5 or if there were specific ones. All the menu said was $5 cocktails. He said, yeah all are $5. Ok cool so I ordered a margarita. The bill comes and they charged $8. I inquired why I didn't get the happy hour deal and ONLY then they pulled out a 'cocktails' menu that had everything except margaritas. Fiancé and I are both from Texas and wanted some authentic Vietnamese food. I ordered a vegetarian pho and my fiancé had pho bo vien. The pho was okay. Love this place. My only complaint is the main seating area seems so closed in but we always ask to be seated in the "bar" area and that is more open. The waiters are always friendly and the food is ALWAYS great and consistent. And I also appreciate that they accommodate dietary restrictions or taste. We don't like the regular pho noodles but they will gladly swap it out for egg noodles (which is our preference) or even leave the noodles out (which is my preference). We appreciate that they don't charge you $2.00 for a cup of Jasmine tea but instead bring you a pot of Jasmine (or whatever your preference) tea with small cups to share. And like most pho places your food comes out fast and piping hot - which I totally love. I highly recommend everyone to try this place out - you'll keep coming back. read more

My favorite pho restaurant in Colorado, hands down! Service is a lot better than at other pho restaurants. Service is very quick also. Water came out as soon as we sat down and drink orders were taken soon after. No wait time despite them being Kind of busy. The waiters were all very kind and got our order for dinner very quickly. Pho was SUPER yummy. The broth wasn't too salty, just enough flavor. They also had vegetarian options, which was nice. Other than pho, they have banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches, bun noodle bowls, and rice plates along with cakes and boba for dessert. Very reasonable prices for pho. This place has the whole package. Pho 95 has been a regular go-to since we moved here, some times better than others, but this past time was a real disappointment. The chili lemongrass tofu rice plate was hardly spiced and tofu was watery and limp, not crispy. The fiery Asian eggplant similarly lacked a lot of flavor - the shrimp paste and heat and mint were hardly noticeable. We may reconsider having this on regular rotation. read more

Two stars less, due to that they charged $3.00 for 3 tiny shrimps. Pointer, since they give you so much meat, just have the seafood and take it from your partner for the meat. Visiting family in town and stopped here for lunch. The food was really tasty, had good flavor and very filling. Service was great as the staff members were very quick in tending to our table. This was my first time trying Pho and it was a great experience. Overall, recommend this restaurant. There were plenty of people in the restaurant and the staff did their best to tend to all the tables. My brother ordered a sandwich and he said that it tasted great! This restaurant came highly recommended on our neighborhood FB page so we decided to try it out. We went in around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very busy, maybe 2 or 3 other groups eating at that time. The food was pretty good. It wasn't phenomenal by any means. It tasted like pho should taste and that was all. I am only giving it 3 stars however because the service was absolutely terrible. Our waiter was very nice but maybe stopped at our table twice. We were out of water the entire time and kept having to flag down random staff to fill our glasses. Then, our waiter, along with maybe ten other staff members, sat down at a table in the middle of the restaurant and began having dinner. We sat there for about 10 minutes with empty plates and empty water glasses while they ate before my husband finally got up and asked our waiter if we could get our bill. I completely understand that staff needs to eat too, but it seemed a bit ridiculous that they would all sit down at the same time to dine while leaving their guests waiting. The attention to detail, the friendliness, and the high-quality ingredients are as consistent as it comes. I am vegetarian and it's hard to find restaurants that not only cater to vegetarians but are happy to substitute. I always get the Vegetarian Summer Rolls, Vegi Pho with Vegi Broth, and extra steamed tofu -Yum! We live in Golden and will not hesitate to drive across town for this kind of service, experience, and food. Our favorite Asian Place in the area...and I'm an Asian/Hawaiian who spent 17 years recently in Asia. Beef Rice plate is like they serve it in Hawaii. "P-L-E-N-T-Y!" Or as we say it..."BIG KINE for REALS" , or "Broke da Mouth". A little disappointed today after three years of going there that they forgot my Egg Rolls. But no worries, probably was an honest mistake and to have just one screwup in three years is minor. By far the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. They were out of salad dressing, there was hair in the chicken, service was terrible. Overall just a complete disappointment. YUM! I haven't had pho in ages and I'm so sad I didn't check Pho 95 off my Yelp bookmarks sooner. This is supposedly the same place as the one on Federal, which is awesome because it's much more conveniently located for me! We came on a Monday night and discovered that they have $1 7oz. pours of Coors Light and Blue Moon as the Monday night drink special. Seriously? Score. After being able to get a table right away, a server appeared almost instantly with menus and water. Since it had been forever since my last pho outing, I definitely took more time than usual to peruse the menu, but we finally both settled on a beef pho (#21 and #22 specials) with some potstickers and spicy edamame. I should have known better than to order the edamame AND potstickers, but they were oh so good even if we were oh so full by the time we finished dinner. I actually polished off more of my pho than hubby, but we both had to take about half of our mediums home. Yay for yummy lunch leftovers! I think we were in and out in an hour tops, which was long for that place. Most everyone seemed to come and go within 30 minutes, so if you arrive and can't find a table right away - I encourage you to stick it out. I can't imagine someone would ever wait more than 5 minutes to get a table here. They're just crazy fast and I already can't wait to come back or get take out! About half-way to the new Pho 95 my wife asked me, "Where are we?" You see, the new Pho 95 isn't located within my normal sphere of consumption. It's out in this remote village named Centennial, tucked behind a Best Buy, Macy's, and a Hollywood Theatres uber-mega-plex. Everything about this space screams, "you are not on Federal Blvd anymore!" Walking inside, you are greeted with modern décor and a peaceful atmosphere that contrasts with the energy and bustle of the Federal location. No, the place isn't dead. In fact, the restaurant is quite alive with diners popping in and out. It is just far more spacious and far more relaxed. I really enjoyed the peaceful and serene ambience the new location offers. The clientele is a little new to this pho business, judging by the array of confused and timid looks and the demands for forks. The service here is still experiencing hiccups. A few staff members transferred from Federal and know what they are doing. The new staff members seem completely lost. Hopefully that will improve with time. The menu is virtually the same, except they now offer pan-fried noodles and more varieties of boba. But Pho 95's raison d'etre is clearly the pho, which was out of this world. The broth was a perfectly balanced ballet of salty, sweet and sour. I usually don't add anything to my pho broth, but today I tossed in a dash of their chili oil - not to be confused with chili paste - which was great. The oil clings to the noodles, which adds a wonderful dimension to the soup. Overall, the pho was fantastic, with perfectly cooked noodles, a fresh and fragrant plate of veggies, and a full arsenal of condiments at the table. I tried something new today, and at the suggestion of one of my dining companions, Heidi, I kept it simple (it's not what you think). After vigorously quaffing a watermelon boba, and getting a cold headache - you know what I mean - I slowed down and enjoyed the rest of the syrupy sweet goodness. Drinking a boba is an interesting experience. After each sip you get to chew on a tapioca pearl or two. I am definitely hooked. A contingency of Yelpers swooped down on this establishment today - adding to the mass of people that were waiting to get in and enjoy. I would say this was a successful Grand Opening. This new version of Pho 95 lived up to it's older sister. The food was good as ever and I finally got to meet the infamous Aaron. I went Pho 95 with two friends this morning for the their two-day Grand Opening. At 10:30, they already had a good number of people. By the time we left, the place was packed with about 20 people waiting for a table. This place fits well with the restaurants around South Glenn. The décor has that simple, but chique Asian feel. I would come back for a romantic night out or to get a bite before a movie. Heck, this place is close enough to my work that I would come during lunch. Now the food... it was everything I expected from the fame of the Federal location (Pho 95 #1). The best thing about their pho is the complex broth, with that perfect taste. The meat was tender and well seasoned. The passion fruit boba was perfect. It is a smoothie with a strong fruit taste, plus the tapioca pearls. Finally, a good place for boba in Centennial! All in all, Pho 95 did an outstanding job for their first day open. read more

Really, Denver Area? Your highest rated Vietnamese restaurant is THIS place? I hope to God I am wrong on this, but it tastes like you use chicken broth for both pho bo (beef) and pho ga (chicken)!! If this is true, then it's pure and utter blasphemy. If I'm wrong, someone please punch me in the face for falsely accusing. Everyone who knows pho knows that the broth is EVERYTHING. Pho 95's broth just doesn't cut it. It doesn't taste right. I don't want to taste chicken in my pho bo. Such a disappointment... Goi cuon was a little on the soft and chewy side. Permissable. The dipping sauce was seriously made out of peanut butter. Not permissable! It tasted like I was dipping my food in a jar of Jiffy. Yuck! Here's something that Pho 95 did do right: lots and lots of fresh garnishes for my pho. But sorry, dude.
