Service - I decided to get my nipples pierced and Lauren helped me out and did the service. She was very informative, thorough, quick and super nice! If you are in Solano county and looking for a place to get a tattoo or piercing completed I need to check this place out that's located in the corner of the mall next to Best Buy close to Macy's and what used to be red Robin we went to this place because my daughter lost her nose ring and had gotten her nose pierced there probably about two months prior to the day we had to go to get her an emergency earring to replace the one she lost in her nostril The young lady was kind enough in the back from the corner of the shop to give her a hand and sell her a brand new nose piercing without charging her the full price but she did say in other circumstances I would have to charge the full amount for your nose to be re-pierced however this time I'm gonna give you a passion lady so I appreciate her taking care of my daughter and reminding her of the lesson she needs to learn, be mindful of dates and timelines for things and take care of your piercings. This place is straight up DOPE! I came here on a Thursday night wanting to make an appointment to get a tooth gem and after speaking to the owner he said that they could take me in 15 min which was perfect because I really didn't want to make an appointment and have to drive back a day or two later or whatever. After taking a quick lap around the mall, I went back to Philthy Clean where I was then helped by Tina. SHE IS AWESOME! She does tooth gem applications, teeth whitening, and microblading! She did the procedure in less than 10 min and the gem is the cutest thing ever :) The establishment is super clean and the team is extremely nice I paid $40 with a $3 card fee, so a total of $43 which is really good compared to other places! I believe it's $40 for one gem and $60 or $65 for two. Ill definitely be back for another tooth gem or perhaps a tattoo or new piercing! On March 13th 2020, my friends and I went into this shop for the Friday the 13th special. And the owner refused my friend service and kicked her out for having a service dog. She belittled my friend by calling her trained service dog a pet and discriminated against her for her disabilities. The owner also went about this in a very malicious way. My 8 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and I really didn't want her going to Claire's or The Piercing Pagoda mostly because I know they use piercing guns and how experienced are they really, they are not piercers, not to mention how clean is everything? So I thought going to a piercer in a tattoo shop would be best. I am so glad I did! My daughter was a little scared but Nikki was amazing with her. She was patient and explained everything to my daughter. Made her feel comfortable and was extremely clean. I highly recommend Nikki for children piercings. Lauren is amazing! I had wanted to get a VCH for a long time but I was really really nervous about it, almost threw up in the bathroom. While the initial poke make me let out a pretty loud yelp, Lauren finished up quickly and was so reassuring and comforting the entire time. I will absolutely be coming back for more with her! I got my tongue pierced awhile ago by them and their piercer did a great job and was really good at calming me down (I love piercings and tattoos but I still get needle anxiety). Unfortunately I lost my receipt and I cant remember her name, but she did a great job! My only complaint is the bar I was pierced with was a little short, but that's my fault for not telling them I tend to swell more than average. The prices were fair and the shop is well decorated and super clean! Would totally go again! read more

EDIT: I have since changed my review from four stars to five because I have gotten many piercings from Naomi since this review was posted and they have all been done perfectly This place is super clean and well managed. It's beautiful and you can tell they all know what they're doing and pride themselves in proper hygienic methods. I got my nose pierced here by Naomi and she was awesome! It's been almost a month and it's healed great, stopped hurting after about a week and haven't had any issues with infections. I did also get an ear piercing done by her, which is the only reason for 4/5 stars, rather than 5/5. She did pierce mine just slightly unevenly. It was sort of my fault for not catching it when she showed me where the dots were placed with marker before piercing. It's hardly noticeable but it does make it difficult to put in my regular earrings, as the backs of some earrings won't go on now due to the new piercing being too close. However, if i cared enough to go back and ask her to redo it, Im sure that she would. She's very nice and informative and I would still go back to her for other piercings, and I intend to. I have never gotten tattooed there, but I have seen their work from other people and it looks beautiful!! read more
