Receptionist stated a technician would be out in the next couple of days 6/2/2021 - received phone call from technician saying they would be coming out, they provided less than a 5 minute notice before showing up. Luckily I was working from home this day. Jake's requested that all new clients pay up front/not wait for a bill. I gladly paid. 6/4/2021 - called again requesting a technician come out to take a look at the mini splits that were worked on as the SAME ISSUE was still occurring (mini splits not working, same error code). I was told someone would be in contact with me 6/8/2021 - called again asking when a technician would be able to come out and look at issue. 6/14/2021 - today's date. I still have yet to hear from this non-responsive company. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU. So the facts are you charged me for service upfront and I paid, thinking we were doing an HONEST business deal. However the issue was never resolved, nor are you willing to communicate with me about the issue. I will spread my story and I hope it deters people from calling you for services.

Horrible and dishonest company. They did a job for us in 2021 and they told my husband it would be…read morein the $200 range. they were hired to turn on the water to our cottage and replace one knob. after eight months of not receiving a bill we called to see what we owed. The owner couldn't find the paperwork and then we were told the bill was over $600. When the bill finally came it was talking about work being done in rooms that don't exist. We contacted the owner and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked him to come and walk through the bill as it was not correct and he literally yelled at us. We thus far have not paid and are now in collections. We are disputing the bogus charges. STAY AWAY for this company.

They did a complete overhaul…read moreon my upstairs bathroom at my old house replacing two rusted up drains, and swapping the toilet to the other side of the bathroom for more space. They fixed the toilet stack as well. Anyways, I have a new house now in the next town over and they came in and they resealed an old upstairs shower and replaced the drains and fixtures for the downstairs tub. I have never had an issue after they have left and talking to them when they come in to work is actually a nice conversation compared to other companies that I have worked with. I'm now doing a complete remodel of both my current bathrooms in March 2021 and they are scheduled to start next week. I know the work will be high quality at a decent price and I will continue to use them in the future.
