I grew up in a farm town and spent my time playing baseball and lived next to a hunting ground, I know what being American means. And by jove this restaurant serves some of the most authentic American burgers I've ever tried here in Sweden. The meat was fresh, the cheese was real, and the french fries were just crunchy enough on the outside, yet soft and potato-y on the inside. The atmosphere of the open kitchen gives off the feeling of the American spirit of efficiency, yet still holding the quality of a gourmet burger. However, I think personally that the place could use a makeover, as it feels a bit bland and almost childish with the brightly colored chairs and tables which feel sort of out of place with the blank white walls surrounding the dining area. The buns on the burger could have also been a bit softer. It is difficult to achieve the perfect bun, crunchy around the edges but soft in the middle, and I would say the burger did reach the gourmet level, the only part I did not think really made it was the buns. Maybe it was just the time of day I got here but, just keep in mind Dylan. Work your buns.

This is obviously a good sign that they are doing something good, but i wanted to go hardcore so i went to the crime scene where it all started in the truck. Its literally located in nowhere and you wouldnt find it unless you know about it. When we arrived it was pretty empty, but after a couple of minutes the line started to jam up. The menu offers you double or single burgers, fries and sodas. I went with burger only and added bacon for the taste. It took about 10-15 minutes to get the burger and it was nicely wrapped in a anonymous paper. We sat down by one of their tables on the hard court and started indulging the masterpiece. Burger was tasty and flavory and fell apart easily as you took a bite. The brioche bread was lightly toasted and complemented the patty very good. I had the Pacific which also adds avocado and pico the gallo which was a nice addition to the overall impression. Extra bacon was also crispy just the way i wanted. This is a good if not a great burger. Pricing is very reasonable for the segment, but you wont dine in a sassy environment, at least not at this location. So if you like burgers, this is definitely one of the must tries, and you cant settle until you give it your own opinion.

One orders and pays by the door using tablets, and then gets their food when their number is called. Note: tablet orders can be made in English or Swedish. The tablet ordering allows for serious customization (including holding default toppings and many added options), and it works pretty quickly and efficiently. They also have about 4 tablets sitting there, so there's no wait. After getting the food, drinks are self-serve from fountains. I got the fish fillet sandwich meal with fries and drink, and I added a tasty "green and garlic" dip for the fries. The food was ready within about 5 minutes and fresh/ hot. The fish had a dense yet tasty crust (see picture), though they put A LOT of tartar sauce on it. The pickles and other toppings were good. The fries were thin-cut and lightly crispy with a good flavor. Overall, a very good fast food choice on price, value, and quality.
