I really liked the idea of the thinner patties, so that you can double up and it doesn't feel like you're breaking your mouth open just to get a bite. The Beachtown BBQ was yummy, and the Onion Cheese, while simple, was really tasty as well. They have regular fries, as well as two different kinds of toppings. We had the 'Nice Fries' and loved them. They reminded me of In N' Out with the caramelized onions on top. Two people sharing fries was enough, as the portions are pretty big! Overall it was an enjoyable visit. I didn't mind not having any beer, as burgers tend to fill me up pretty quickly, so I don't like drinking beer with them. I would definitely recommend this place. And now that they have a location in Söder, you/I won't have to travel too far. Win win!

I went for the bruschetta for starter and the staff was very helpful in making the dish with gluten free bread and fodmap safe by excluding the red onion. However the bread was not prepped in any way to even make it similar to the "usual" sourdough bread, which made the dish loose a very important dimension in texture. For main I had the seafood pasta "Tagliatelle con con gamberi e zucchini". This was made with gluten free pasta instead and they were able to also make it fodmap safe by removing the garlic from the dish. The pasta was cooked in a good way and even without the garlic which usually is an important ingredient in a seafood dish, the pasta tasted great! The staff was helpful and friendly throughout and they get a big plus for being flexible with the ingredients in their dishes! I would surely recommend this place for people who need GF or fodmap!

The milkshakes took forever to come and when they did come they were lukewarm and melted - like they had been ready for 20 minutes standing in room temperature while the waitress was busy forgetting about them - they didn't have that thickness you want milkshake to have. A real disappointment. Then we ordered burgers. I wanted to try something different so I chose a pulled pork sandwich. It wasn't so much a sandwich since it came in burger buns. The bottom bun was soaked in pork juice and within minutes the paper that it rested on was too. I started to get wet paper shreds stuck in the food as I cut my sagging mess of a pork sandwich apart with fork and knife. Yuck. Then it was time to pay. I paid more than my share because we all wanted to chip in and cover for the fellow in our company who was the birthday boy. The friend next to me did the same thing before the waitress explained that anything we paid in excess of our share of the bill was automatically registered as tip and there was NO way to get that money to become payment for the bill. What an utterly useless system. If someone complains about the food, the restaurant can say the food is on the house - so why not just give the birthday boy the food without us having to pay for it and then later transfer money from the "tip account" to cover for it? Well apparently there was nothing anyone could do - I had involuntarily paid a rather hefty tip for a dinner experience that didn't even deserve any tip. Boo.

Inside, its not that many tables, so you probably do best by securing a spot in advance to be safe. I came here for brunch and was suprised about the size, in my mind i thought the restaurant would be bigger, but dont get me wrong, it was enough to settle my needs. The venue has this older touch with a family cozyness that comes with it. Their generous offerings are spread around the counter and ranged from sausages to fresh raw salmon. Continuing with high quality food such as fresh bread, great eggs-benedict and "do-your-own" pancakes to finish it off. This brunch has everything you need and a cool environment to it. And if that is what you are after, you should probably spend at least one saturday or sunday afternoon here.
