Love the ambiance with the quilts and the river view. The food is wings, salads, pizza, subs, and Stromboli. Hand dipped ice cream. The pies looked good, too. I went to pick my pizza up (1 large) at the quoted time, waited in a long line of cars for about 15 minutes just to wait at the window, pay, wait again and then be told to come back in another ten minutes. They have loud music blaring in their kitchen and didn't really seem to care about mine or anyone else's order. They lack basic communication and customer service skills that left me (and I'm sure many other customers) super frustrated. I really do hate to leave reviews like this because I understand the impact they can have but I feel like this is 1000% necessary.
