They responded SO QUICKLY & and were able to quote us right away. They came exactly when they said they would, & even communicated the day before. This kind of great service is definitely rare. 3 guys came and finished in a hour... AWESOMENESS! They gutted them by hand, blew them out, & took the bags of nastiness so we didn't have to deal with it. I would pay just about anything to not have to worry about my husband walk all over the roof, & when they left I actually felt guilty like I should have paid them more! *Awesome responsiveness *Awesome price *Awesome job done

Came out quickly after a tree fell on our roof and repaired damage to gutter and flashing. Even fixed a few damaged shingles. Fast and professional. The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced. Arrived when promised. They noticed that I had missed closing a window and were quick to tell me before washing that side of the house. They did a beautiful job. There was minimal trampling of my flower garden (It's a large garden with very dense growth and would be impossible not to stomp a few cone flowers.) My car was parked close to the house, so to get the wash solution off the car, they washed my car! They also gave my patio a quick hit to wash the solution off. Great job! Ensured all splattered solution was cleaned off the unintended surfaces. Took a lot of care. Will use them again!

I live in a 2000 sq ft two-story Cape Cod style home with about 24 windows, including the front &…read moreback doors and shed window. The windows are the old pane style so they take more effort to clean than the newer style. This is the first time I paid to have the windows cleaned. In the past I did it myself (as best I could) and hated the task, so I only did it every 2-3 yrs. I received quotes from 3 vendors and Spotless was the least expensive (and has a good reputation). Still I thought $300+ was a lot of money to spend for something my wife & I could do (albeit, over 6 hrs), but we took the plunge anyway. A friendly crew of 3 (two women and one man) showed up at the appointed time and first removed all the storm windows and screens. They did the outside windows first using various size aluminum ladders, before moving inside. They use multiple size squeegees dipped in a small bucket each had dangling from their belt, and a chamois cloth for the edges of each window pane. They also cleaned out the tracks of the windows so the windows glide easier when they're done. It took the team only about 2 hrs to do all the windows (and tracks). I paid by credit card when the job was complete. Spotless offers a 24-hr rain guarantee whereby you can call them back if it rains within 24 hrs of the job completion, if you feel some windows need touching up. We had rain the next day, but surprisingly all the windows still looked fine afterward so I didn't need to call them back out. All in all I am quite pleased with the work they did and even learned a few things about efficient window cleaning. Due to the cost, it'll likely be a couple years before I have them back out again, unless there's a ValPak or Reach coupon before then.

They contracted to cut the…read moregrass, maintain the mulch beds, trim the edges, pick up debris, remove leaves, prune bushes, overseed and aerate in the fall, activate and winterize my irrigation system. I also engaged them to install mulch and prep the beds as an added fee. They subcontract the irrigation services, and that company was very good, identifying where previously the system had damage that was not identified by my previous service company (extra fee for the repairs). They worked with me as well to adjust the watering setup to preserve new plantings. The GG's services were delivered like clockwork. They are very efficient and complete in all they do. When blowing debris for clean up, my wife was especially pleased that they blew leaves off of our back deck! That was a plus! Since I work from home, I was aware of their comings and goings and the work was always done well. When I had questions, the crew was very responsive to me and contacted the main office when there was some confusion about a schedule that was worked out very nicely. I see the cost of this service as very similar to and competitive with regular HOA costs for "full service" condo or townhouse subdivisions, but this is performed on my 1/4 acre lot. I find great value in this service from The Ground Guys and plan to renew my contract.
