Do not use this company. Whilst we appreciated that the company was able to accommodate the change of dates we had they then under resourced the job they did for us to the point that their staff could not pack things correctly and were so exhausted that they could not move items safely. As some examples; they packed books (bibles at that) in a rubbish bin, unframed water colours in a box of soft toys with nothing to keep it flay, vases still containing water and flowers, heavy metal items such as candle sticks in boxes of glassware and the walls of our new house are covered in black marks where they continually bumped furniture into the walls when they moved things in. They also broke our television. Their insurance was a complete joke. Basically it offered us the value you would get from a TV if you sold it on Ebay condition unknown. So they broke a High Definition LCD TV from a good maker and offered us a small amount of money because that is all its worth on Ebay. Frankly I would have expected a replacement good quality television especially given the hoops we had to jump though to get a pay out. Also of concern was that at no point was in inventory taken so there was not way to ensure that all our goods turned up again on delivery. I would not recommend you use this company as they are not worth the hassle even if they are the only company available. (Tip they aren't actually available they will hire in unskilled labour who don't know what they are doing to secure the job.)
