Terrible customer service. Doctor was great when we were there, but the billing area was rude and…read moreyelling at me on the phone when I called to ask a question. I initially made an appointment for my wife to set up an annual physical, which is covered by our insurance. During this appointment the doctor asked her if she had any questions or other concerns. She mentioned a couple of things she was curious about but they were small and were not the reason she came at all, and she wouldn't have even asked them had she known that she would be billed because it was a now a "sick visit" instead of the "annual physical visit". Poor communication by their staff. Had she known that asking a question at the end of the appointment would cause it to become another type of visit we would be charged for, she would not have asked.

I went to the receptionist desk and began asking her and she kept rudely interrupting me and trying to answer a question she thought I was trying to ask but she never would let me finish... It was a busy time and I think she was by herself with some trainees but that doesn't excuse rudeness... I wanted to rate this place 1 star but the pharmacy employees(who were just as busy) politely answered my question and offered me help beyond what I was asking.
