The 'system'…read moreup here is very harsh and unforgiving, yet Jennifer is like a sea captain navigating a ship on stormy seas, riding the crests, waves and swells and keeping the ship upright as she navigated through the turbulent, angry ocean of the Prosecutor's office procedures here in Nevada County, standing up to what seems to be a recalcitrant, intractable and obstinate legal system up here that is both intimidating and unforgiving.
