We called and were told that they would be by early the next week to give an estimate, they never came by, never called. When we followed up we were greeted with attitude that we were already given an estimate and he was waiting on us. This was definitely not the case, but we needed the work done so we said 'Go ahead, we need it done.' And he was going to come do the work within the next week- this never happened. We attempted to call and leave several messages and we never heard back. My husband had been the one calling, and actually attempted another call at 9am this morning- never heard back. I called from my cell phone later in the afternoon, left a message that I was needing glass replaced and he called back within a couple hours. When I said where it was and we'd been trying to contact him he made excuses- we said we just need this done and he said he didn't know when he could get to it because he was so busy. Needless to say we will be finding someone else, but in the time we've been waiting we've had the house painted and carpet installed. I don't recommend if you actually want to get the job done. I know people have off days and get busy and for that reason I usually hesitate to leave negative reviews, but the fact that he avoided phone calls and answered from a different number was just too shady. read more
