I sent pics. They texted process, timeline, and quote, that same evening. Scheduled the date. To address textured walls, they skim coated the wall so it's now flat, no texture, and the installation was flawless. Looks gorgeous. We are very pleased, and highly recommend.

John helped me save money in avoiding a difficult-to-install "hand printed" expensive paper with a selvage edge. Instead I found a gorgeous print for my accent wall from a company in England that allowed for the repeat pattern to simply butt up against the edge perfectly. You cannot see the seams and friends compliment the results. John and his helper left my home tidy after the install. I was happy to appropriately compensate for their master labor, since installing paper well really is an art.
