I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

I believe the learning center is called "Sylvan Learning". IdentoGO is situated inside the receptionist area. You must sign your name on sign-in sheet and then simply wait until its your turn. Make sure you have an appointment. Even though I was on-time for my appointment, I waited over 30 minutes until it was my turn. The person who helped me take my finger prints and photo was nice. No complaints with the staff. Notes: -You are not allowed to use the restroom inside because they restrict access to the learning area. -Do not enter the learning area without permission.
