Instead, they were serving hot, fresh Noble Roman's pizza and large, thick, freshly baked cookies of at least 4 varieties. My husband and I picked up some cookies and were pleasantly surprised to find that they were arguably the best we have ever had! Wonderful flavor, large chunks of chocolate, and a soft but fully cooked center made these cookies extremely delicious. It would have only been marginally better if the cookies had been warm. If my travels ever bring me through Swayzee again, I HAVE to get some cookies. I would recommend that you do the same!
