I have gone to this gas station for several years every morning for coffee and gas. I honestly…read morestopped going here even though it is the most convenient station for me. I have stopped going here about 3 months ago because I got tired of coffee either being empty or so burnt it taste terrible. I'm not a coffee snob by any means ( just not a Starbucks overpriced coffee fan) but one morning I went I told the girl working the coffee containers were all empty she actually tried to talk me into a flavor that she liked because she just made it and it was her favorite. Really? If you are going through the effort wouldn't you make all flavors? Got tired of everything either empty or broken so haven't gone back for a while. Figured I would try again about a week ago and same old stuff so don't feel bad driving by. It honestly used to be busy there and now don't see cars in there at all. I'm sure that the manager or corporate office is thinking it's due to the rough road driving in there (which is being replaced now) but it's due to the lousy service they provide. I don't think it's the people that work there I think it's the management that they have in place. Many times that I was there before there were 2 employees outside smoking (pretty sure one was the manager?) and everything was empty inside and the poor person inside was taking heat for everything many times. It's a shame, want to support local business but not if they don't care. There are many more places to get gas and or coffee.

(They have that too) but these meals looked great and I'm thinking we may stop and buy a few before we head back to Chicago. I thought we had an account here but when we entered my phone number it didn't come up so the attendant explained that it is probably the stores that start with a q. He gave me the application and entered my phone number to get points for this first purchase. He was very nice and helpful. I wish we had these near where we live in Chicago. Milk and bread are usually a bargain as well. Kwik Trip was early in the store brand game, so you'll find a lot of quality snack foods with their own names on them for less than the big brands. Washrooms are always spotless. The company is an amazing growth story, when I first started visiting them in Lacrosse, WI, they had three stores. Now 800+ in WI, IL, IA, and MN.
