Oh they got me to their tow department real quick. It's a service I pay for. Two hours after my call, to USAA, nothing, no tow, no call, not even a text. Frustrated, i, decided to call local tow companies on my own. Took StateWide less than 45 minutes to travel across Albuquerque, over to Bernalillo to save us. Not that I plan on getting another tow anytime soon, but I feel comfortable knowing, I now have Statewide on my emergency contact list. When I tried to get some kind of compensation for the remaining half gallon or so, the manager said he couldn't do it and the woman who I originally paid became belligerent when I said I should be compensated, and made me feel like I was at fault. I spent an entire day waiting for a new tire to be delivered from the warehouse to the shop near Denver, and after several deliveries, my tire never got loaded into the truck. I weighed the cost of staying another night, but I was sunburned and eager to get home. I feared we'd have a repeat on the second day. I drove home on that bad tire.
