I was looking to fill with diesel and had to go in with my credit card for authorization. The girl Justine had to keep my card to turn on the pump which made me uncomfortable. After walking 100 yards back to pump Justine still hadn't turned on my pump and I had to go back in to find her to authorize the correct pump as she was "busy" talking with her friend. No one was in the store or at the fuel desk and I had to call her over each time like I was interfering with her social hour when I came in. When I asked Justine to authorize the pump she rudely said she already did - but she authorized the wrong pump. She argued with me saying I told her the wrong pump - when I clearly said the correct number. It was a total unpleasant experience- next time I will pay more for fuel and go to Love's and have them greet me at the door versus being scowled at across the counter. Never again. Justine needs to go back to customer service training. We gad the exact opposite experience at the casino.
