The…read moreroom had everything we could think of and more, including peaceful and relaxing zen-styled decor, a large jacuzzi tub, steam shower, two sinks, a kitchenette that closes off from the rest of the room, relaxing music played during the day with the ability to plug in your own iPhone, and of course delicious fresh breakfasts that were different every day that we stayed there. The hosts, Will and Sylvie were extremely friendly and accomodating, knowledgeable about the area, and very hospitable. Furthermore, the B&B is just a short walk from the ocean and feels very private. My wife and I plan on staying here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.

It seems that they are by nature open and receptive people, as we immediately felt welcomed. The location is a 3 min walk from the ocean. The Inn design and decor inspires calmness with it's clean lines surrounded by 5 story tall cedar trees. The Inn is built from cedar and that wonderful smell envelops you when you arrive; the windows are also framed in cedar- a very west coast look, the decor is Japanese Zen - including opaque 'rice paper-like' sliding doors between the kitchenette, the bedroom and the bathroom/spa rooms. I say bathroom/spa because it is like your own spa - but they do have an actual spa in the Inn with lots of great services-unfortunately we didn't make time to use them! The bathroom has double sinks, a steam bath shower- that's right, your own steam room in your bathroom!- and a tub for two or more with jet bubbles. The view from the bathtub, and the bed for that matter, is trees- just trees... you feel like you are in a tree house! There is a private patio for each room, ours had a glass roof, UV heater, bamboo water feature with pond plants, a love seat, chair and bistro table where we ate breakfast every morning. The breakfasts were filling and gourmet. The little touches such as a split basil leaf as a strawberry leaf on the berry garnish, allude to how much the hosts care about your experience. My gluten sensitivity was catered to without a hitch, nor did I feel like I was missing out because of it. We spend 3 nights there, could have spent a week. Although we were there in the summer- and the weather was perfect, I'd have no problem going there in the middle of winter as a retreat. I could have easily stayed in our room the whole three days- and that isn't just because I was on my honeymoon! ;-)

It's very evident all the thought and care that has went into creating this beautiful atmosphere and resort. We spent nights in both the Sea to Sky Loft, as well as the Sunset Suite. Despite our suite change likely not being the most convenient for the owner Marsha, she never made us feel a bother. Both suites are incredible, it would be really hard to choose which one we preferred. The views from the Sea to Sky are breathtaking, but the space and steam shower of the Sunset are equally enjoyable. Both had propane fire pits outside, and we enjoyed cozying up in the provided robes while looking at the stars. The space was clean, and beds were very cozy. This place is a hidden gem! Marsha was so kind and hospitable, and went above and beyond to make our stay the best as can be. The breakfasts she provided were all SO good! It wasn't your average Bnb, as each morning we got to taste something new that we had never tried before. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this Bnb. Thanks Marsha!

Had the best massage ever in the beachside cabana, the sound of the ocean just feet away, so relaxing. Marsha was an outstanding host, offered up fantastic breakfasts to start our day, and you can tell her attention to detail, from the quality of the roses to the Champagne (part of our package) and the place was immaculate. The waffles are to die for and the owners are very accommodating to your travel needs. We've arrived late at night and left very early and had no problems. I would recommend spending the extra money to book one of the front rooms as they both have sliding doors which open onto the porch where you can sit and eat your breakfast. It's literally right across the street from the ocean and very close to the pier and some shops.

The living area has a very, unabstructed view of the Straits and Van. Island. A sliding door opens to a deck with grill, table/chairs, lounge chairs and provided beautiful sunsets. Our room was elegant, peaceful with just the sound of the waves on the beach. We took pictures of an Eagle whom roosted nearby. Marsha was a wondeful host guiding us to restaurants, day trip locations, etc. Breakfast was fabulous, homemade and filling. I gave 5 stars as this place deserves it.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is tasty, and the people running it are very nice. I have to give it 2 stars off for a few small but important things: lack of soap and shampoo in the shower, and the views from the rooms aren't really that great - you have to go to the common television area, or outside to really see why they call it "Eagle View".

The place feels like grandma's house: all the furniture and decorations are old and cute, the place is clean and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is yummy (expecially bluberry bran muffins made by Cecilia). They have an amazing deck with an ocean view that is only used by tenants. Awesome for reading, watching sunsets or just relaxing! The B&B is about 10 min walk from a rocky beach (water is good for swimming in July/August). The only downside is the fact that you are practically staying at someone's house (even though the hosts live on the second floor) and you might feel like you are lacking some privacy (expecially for romantic get-aways). Overall we had great time at this B&B, highly recommended!
