They had us sign a contract which we thought was legit, and was asked to pay through Zelle. Then the day the puppy was going to arrive we were contacted by Premier Pet Transportation who was presumably shipping the puppy, and they told us we needed to upgrade the crate for an additional $1,150 or more since the puppy was still young, and to again pay through Zelle, instead of a legit business payment. This was when we confirmed it was likely a scam. I give them a 0 rating for not being legit!

The pics and videos are stolen from Pinterest and the images of dogs currently for sale 6-8 weeks old can be found online from a year ago Things to help you when buying a dog remotely - ask for a proof of life photo with a current newspaper or something to show it's current - talk to them over the phone - if the price is to good to be true it is - if the don't have a google my business or Facebook page don't deal with them. Any reputable breeder will have a presence there. Finally trust your gut, don't let the emotion of getting a new family friend cloud your judgement, We almost drove 15 hours to get a dog that didn't exist.

When my husband and I adopted her, she was already kennel trained and almost potty trained. She also knew to respond to the "puppy call" in emergency situations, which helped us a few times when wild bunnies got involved. She's always been desperate to please us, and she's a cuddly, curious, clever, playful girl. She has never had any issues with other dogs at the dog park or visiting our home, she stays still for the groomer, and she didn't fight me during baths (even though she hates them). We had a baby last May, and she had been so good with him too. She watches over him, lays next to him, gives him kisses, and shared everything with him. Now that he's a year old, she patiently plays fetch with him, lets him take treats/bones out of her mouth, tolerates him as he learns "gentle hands," and has never snapped at or bit at him. She's been great with our nieces (ages 1-3) and neighbor kids (ages 4-8) too. She loves to play and chase them, but always matches their speed and gives them space so she won't run into them. Though she still has her puppy energy now at age 2 and occasionally gets too impulsive around squirrels and rabbits, she's overall been such a loving, gentle, trainable, beautiful, good girl. We appreciate all the work Heidi put in during those first 3 months of training and desensitizing her to common puppy triggers. We absolutely love her and are so happy that our son gets to spend his childhood with such a gentle and loving 65-pound giant.

They young girl said since we were going to Yellowstone the next day to bring him back the next day and that the last 4 digits of my phone number would let me in to get him anytime before 11:59pm the same day. I tested my code on the way out and it didn't work. Another young lady hollered from the front desk that it takes time for the system to save your code. I trusted them since the first day went so well. So I dropped my dog off around 8 am the next day and was back well before 11:59 pm. Closer to 11 since our cabin was about 1.5 hours from Cody. I get there and guess what... my code does not work.... I tried multiple times and nothing. I tried the code the girl used earlier to show me how it worked and nothing. Also not to mention when I got there that night it was scene! I could hear my dog in complete panic and stress FROM THE PARKING LOT. He was having a melt down. My dog does not do that. He is trained professionally and is one of the happiest dudes I've ever met. I will not explain how but I did retrieve my dog. This was over 3 days ago and he is still not the same. He doesn't play with his toys which he normally does all day long. He just sleeps and is very lethargic. I am not sure what happened at this "business" but I would NEVER trust these people EVER! He had zero food in his "suite" which I supplied more than enough. Also we were told he would have a "suite" as shown online, nope, he was in a cement kennel. Suite my arse, it looked like a dog shelter. Their website and the lady at the front explained a VERY different environment. All of the other dogs in there seemed under distress as well. Before entering the "Bed and Biscuit" that night when the code would not work, I tried calling the company and any number I could find and nothing. Just a business voice mail. So they offer pick up before midnight yet I can't get ahold of anyone to help me get my dog. I hope this helps people in the figure to make an educated decision. We thought this was such an amazing service since Yellowstone is not very dog friendly.

Although I scheduled it to be on Wednesday, I didn't receive a text until Thursday after the reminder. To be honest, it was okay with me, as long as I received an update. However, what irked me the most was that I signed up for an exit bath but I don't believe they gave her one. I double checked with the lady in the front counter and she was absolutely sure they gave her one. Her eye discharge was definitely more than a weeks buildup and she had no hint of shampoo smell at all - rather it was completely dog odor. She came back looking worse than when she went in. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt, I came home after a 14 hour drive back home to wash her again... Low and behold, the water was murky and so did all her crusty eye discharge come out with some shampoo. Very disappointed with this, as I had extremely high hopes...
