I have been considering leaving for the last year because it felt more like a community clinic versus a family practice. The wait time have been over 1.5 hours. The PAs and Residents rotate - we are not sure who they are anymore, it changes often. My children were sick this week I couldn't get even an appointment. They used to have space but in the past couple of months urgent care has become my go to when they are sick. I had to make a switch it was too stressful.

I left several messages and finally got a call 2 weeks later. Now is the second time I am waiting for the doctor (or nurse) to call me back and haven't been able to do this for 4 days. 4 days to get a call back from a doctor or nurse? I've called every single day. The nurse called me back from a unlisted number, left a message and that was it. crickets. And when I call the front desk, although nice, they say "That's odd, we usually respond sooner than that." This is my second such experience, so I don't believe that. I also started coming to this office soon after it opened and do remember the staff problems before... Although they move slowly, I believe the interaction has gotten better by the staff. Waiting times have gotten longer. I spend a lot of time in the waiting room and in the patient room waiting to see the doctor. With the problems I describe unfortunately I haven't been able to find a better option in the area. But as soon as I do, i'm out. O, almost forgot, although they have a nice online portal, messaging doctors on site is futile. Crickets.

My son has to be enrolled in school so I contacted them to email me his immunization records. Their options were for me to pick up the document, have it mailed or faxed. I expalined that I did not have access to fax and with the delay of the mail due to COVID it would not be possible for me to wait that long. Needless to say, they have refused to email my child records which has left me no choice but to drive 50 miles to pick up the document.
