This is my son's (5y) second dentist and he already had 7 cavities filled here. There are a lot of…read morethings I like about them: - Covid measures are comprehensive and serious. I've seen a variety of measures in dental offices and I felt really safe in their practice. - Laura and other front desk staff are so organized and efficient, and communication has been super easy. They really make a big difference to keep things running smoothly. - Dr Simon and her assistance are great. Dr Simon is fast doing the dental procedures and her assistance works seamlessly with her, which works so great for the short focus span for kids. Unlike our last dentist, Dr Simon doesn't put on anesthesia and walk away. She stayed with us the whole time in every visit, which made things go faster and helps my son stay calm in a stable environment. - Genuinely nice and caring people. As first time parent I certainly was not prepared for how bumpy the kid dental visits can be. All the people mentioned above gave us so much encouragement and support throughout! - Last and so importantly, most of our appointments were right on time, and for only once we had to wait for 15min. All in all, highly recommend!

The manner in which they handled my nervous children to my young adult who needed some pointers on the best way to floss etc. etc. as simply assisted my children and having really great teeth and a great deal of respect for their dentist. In the beginning they were scared to go to the dentist but after the first couple of visits they felt more and more comfortable because everyone there was so welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr Milin did a bonding on my tooth in the mid-90's when I was a grad student at Northwestern. I…read morehave lived in many cities since then and had many dentists. Without fail, every single dentist and hygienist admires my bonding and says they would never know the tooth was bonded, saying how the color and translucency are so natural. And it's lasted 22 years, a long time especially given that it's on an upper front tooth and I have Bruxism (grind/clench teeth, wear a mouthguard) Dr Milin's work was more than high quality- it has certainly passed the test of time. And beyond that, I recall him being simply a very kind and nice person. Thanks Dr Milin!

(In fact my family has over many years experienced only state of the art in all of his procedures). Case in point: Last Fall I went thru a very painful tooth extraction (hence the implant) . Once Dr.Milin got involved I was steered to the best team possible to get the tooth out, the surgery done to prepare for the implant (Oral surgeon Dr. David Barack in Skokie is great) and the final step, the tooth itself. Combined with his technical skills is his delightful chair side manner. He is totally focused on the patient .and is available 24/7 if you need him, as I did. He loves what does and it is clearly both his calling and his passion,

We brought our toddler for her first dental visit after preparing her in advance by talking about…read morethe dentist and practicing at home. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and not developmentally appropriate for a first visit. The office itself is very overstimulating (arcade-like waiting area, open bay with multiple chairs, loud cartoons), which may work for some children but was overwhelming for ours. Once we were brought back, the hygienist lowered the chair without warning or explanation, which immediately frightened our child and caused significant distress. As she became increasingly upset, the response was to suggest holding her hands and legs to continue the exam. For a non-urgent, first visit, this did not feel appropriate to us. During this time, a second hygienist made joking comments and laughed about our child's distress, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we chose to end the visit, we were told "it will be the same next time," rather than discussing alternative, child-centered approaches. This was surprising, as we have had very different experiences at other pediatric dental practices where first visits focus on comfort, narration, and gradual exposure rather than restraint. Parents considering this office should be aware of the approach used here and decide whether it aligns with their expectations for a child's first dental experience.

I was recommended to Dr Resnick by Hoppe family dental and for that I am very grateful. Not only did the previous dental office scare my son but they also did not properly take care of my son's tooth and told me nothing was wrong when clearly there was. Dr resnick took his time with my son, and explained things to him. He does offer nitrous oxide as well for the jittery patients that have been scared by previous dentists so that was a huge relief that my son would not be screaming. I highly recommend this office the service is great and so is the staff.

The dentist was pretty appalling, ive never had a dentist ask if im brushing my sleeping baby after night breast feedings. Like, how am I supposed to get my baby up and brush his teeth after every night feeding while hes half asleep. Absolutely ridiculous. Received an invoice for $140 2 months later that was never spoken about or agreed on. The lady on the phone was so sweet and said I signed over "care and services" when I signed my hipaa forms and basically too bad.
