He truly takes his time to explain everything. Our conversations never feel rushed. I never felt like he was doing me a favor by giving me his time to help me understand and talk me through the process. It's amazing in this day and age of high tech and high volume real estate companies, Robert Greenblatt's team maximizes all of the high tech methods to sell your home as well as providing absolutely amazing customer service. I feel so grateful to have found him after struggling to sell our home with our previous realtor, (we only heard from his "assistant" just a couple times during the entire contract period.). Robert on the other hand asked us many questions to understand our needs and proceeded to market our home in so many ways, and kept us informed the entire way. He is just so knowledgeable, has so many contacts, and truly understands what it means to be customer-centered in all he and his team does. He says he loves his job, and it really shows. Robert is someone I'd recommend without any hesitation knowing with absolute confidence they will receive the best of the best. Robert, thank you so much for everything!!!!

Kevin is always quick to respond to any inquiry whether by phone or e-mail, no matter the time of day or night. I initially e-mailed Kevin late one evening inquiring about seeing a property. To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was. One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through. He shielded us from the difficult communications while still making sure that we knew where things stood at any given moment. Another thing that is really great about Kevin is how much he knows about construction and home building. We ended up in a new construction home and although we had a home inspection, we already knew almost everything the inspector told us because Kevin had pointed them out and explained them to us while showing us the house. He made no representation of himself as a home inspector and in fact encouraged us to get an inspection. However, his knowledge was proven when the inspector walked us around the home re-iterating much of what he had already said. Aside from his real estate knowledge, Kevin is a just a nice guy and very easy to work with. He is very professional. We never felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to us or to anyone else involved in the transaction. He is very punctual. He was always at our appointments before us, and we were on time. He is courteous, and he really gives his best for his clients. We never had any concerns that he was doing anything but his best for us. We would never hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who asks. If you are thinking about utilizing his services, just go ahead and give him a call. You won't regret it. Thanks for everything, Kevin! We love our new home!

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! We had a recent horrible experience with this company. A few years back…read morethey had successfully waterproofed our basement with sump pumps/French drains. I should've realized they were incompetent when we had to correct the workers who incorrectly placed a discharge pipe. Nevertheless, we had a dry basement. Then we hired them again for a new sump pump and 30 foot discharge pipe for new construction on our home. The discharge pipe was incorrectly installed, causing water in the crawl space, drenched insulation, water pooling around the foundation and the A/C units (which sunk into the ground!), dead plants and a constantly wet yard. When they came out to take a look, they attempted to seal the discharge pipe at the foundation (when we weren't looking) WITH CONCRETE rather than inspect what was wrong. We ended up spending 3 days uncovering their errors, shopping at Home Depot and fixing this ourselves. The owner of the company, John McManus, offered me $1000 (on this $3500 job) as restitution, which I accepted. He paid me only $100. HORRIBLE customer service, poor workmanship and John was condescending and rude throughout. I have been disappointed with many service providers but these fools take the cake!
