I've been to him twice for a knot on my left shoulder, the knot went away and stayed away for a months (that's what I liked about him). But the second time I had other issues he did not address. When you walk in the office it is cold. Not only in design, staff, but in temperature as well. Other places I've been to felt zen, friendly, and offered me my personal heater. After you strip down to your under wear in a cold room, he offers you a small towel. (He did this both times) Listen I'm not a petite girl, just one won't do to cover up. I asked for at a second one. I am there on a hard table on my side in my case barely covered with two small towels. He walks in and does his thing using the word "ok" a lot. He puts the needles in you turns down the lights and leaves you on your side for about 30 uncomfortable minutes. Never adjust you. Never checked on me, never asked if there were other issues. Nothing. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The knot went away for now, but not worth going a third time. I am going to look for a place that isn't so cold and listens.

He told me that to get there he would have to rough me up. I had complete left knee replacement on July 28, 2024. On the first day my knee went from 42 degree bend to 80 degree bend. Wow! On August 30 2024, Ernie released me to resume all activities. That was 6 weeks and 1 day after complete left knee replacement. I played Pickleball that same day. When I saw my current xrays the 1st thing I said was "this is going to take time to get right". Having had whip lash from a car accident, falling on my head from an attack of vertigo and who knows what other assault and injury over the years messed up my spine (I'm a very active person). As they say, "time takes a toll". Vertigo attacks had become more frequent. Xrays showed bone spurs on my neck vertebrae, as well as a messed-up curve and not such a great back alignment. Knowing so many people over the years with painful back, leg shoulder, neck etc problems and not getting the proper care, encouraged me to act now. Since I began treatment in October, I haven't had another vertigo attack. What I thought was a shoulder problem which I received months of PT for but still had residual neck pain is gone. It is an investment of time and money. To me it is well worth both. I am in my 70's. If I don't have good health, it will certainly diminish my fun.

I am very used to Chiropractic care and have had at least 10 different Chiropractors (including my Uncle) adjust me over my lifetime throughout the country, depending on where I was living. Not all Chiropractors are of the same caliber, as you can imagine. After my first 2 visits, I can confidentially say, with my experience, that Dr. Domanski is someone you can trust your spine with. I will be putting my body back as a priority and getting regular care between the two cities I bounce between. My experience with Crossroads Chiropractic & Wellness: I was in immense pain, in my shoulder, starting 3 days ago that was limiting my daily activities and sleep. I toggled with the idea of finding a new Chiropractor in Savannah since I don't live here but visit monthly. I researched and found Dr. Domanski. I knew it would be worth a try if they were seeing new patients (they are and were SO helpful to get me in immediately, THANK YOU!). PROs: - Excellent adjustment by Dr. Domanski (which is not always easy on a very stiff patient). It can be scary when you don't know what to expect but your body may have more of a story to tell than you realize and it's all natural healing that can make you feel so much better and be your best.
