Undercooked slightly hard fettuccini noodles. The bean sprouts were already in the bowl and amount seemed much less also. I wasn't sure if they were even there. Broth was not as good as I remember. This was my favorite restaurant in all the Philippines and now I don't even want to go back. This is truly sad and it was something I looked forward to when visiting this city.
