Another first! I…read morerented some equipment from STL Audio Visual, Inc. for a presentation. We needed a projector and a screen for less than 24 hours and they provided at a decent rate! The building is a little confusing but I followed their instructions to go around back and there was no problem. It's basically a giant open warehouse surrounded by a lot of other businesses. The staff was friendly and showed me how to work the equipment/set it up before I left. Both returning and picking up the equipment was easy and fast. While I have no other AV equipment rental experience to go off, I would still use them again. Easy peasy.

We are so happy to have found this place! It is in downtown Newtown in Saint Charles. There are so…read moremany things to love about this place. First of all...the owners. They are super friendly and welcoming. We have two girls, ages 7 and 9. One is taking Guitar lessons and the other Drama, 30 minutes a session, one-on-one with their teachers. Both of their teachers are fabulous and both girls look forward to Saturdays just because of this. I really feel they are both learning a lot, have more confidence and enjoy having a creative outlet. It is unbelievable what art, music and self-expression can do for young children. I also wanted to mention that this place is probably half the price of what you would pay for other private lessons. We plan on being with Rhythm for years to come!

There was so much chaos at the fox theater and we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes before the girls get their face painted, but it was well worth the wait and the girls were so thrilled with how detailed and great their paintings came out. The staff was so friendly patient and kind with all the kids they were begging for face paint. I do think this would be a great addition to any birthday party and create an amazing memories for life for the kids as it's a unique experience and not a lot of birthday parties, or parties and generals, have a face painter. And for all parties, I highly recommend face painting by Sony! We cannot wait to book them for future parties with our kids !

The owner chose to stand on her math. To get a reimbursement for the billing error, we experienced the following: 1. Fourteen or fifteen back and forth e-mails. 2. Garnishment was completed 01/06/26. During this process the name of GOD was invoked in a number of messages by the owner. While we don't question anyone's faith, we can say that action/inaction taken by the owner didn't seem to align with GOD'S or man's laws. At our hearing, the last words spoken by the owner were that she "didn't charge them for set-up". The owner was not present on the day of the wedding so she didn't know that the father of the bride and 3 female friends helped the one staff person set out 200 chairs. The groom's family cleaned some of the chairs and swept the wedding area. The physical structure more than met our needs but if you choose to use this company, please get everything in writing and double check all math before any money changes hands. B and T F

In fact, we are watching it now as I write this review. The video is still in good condition and we love the fact that there were many beautiful memories captured during our wedding/reception. Michael and Charles are fantastic!…read more I first hired Michael after watching one of his wedding videos of a friend's friend. We had NO plans on hiring a videographer ... until I saw his work. Michael did a "Love Story" video of us to play at the wedding. He spent a whole day with us filming and interviewing. I was so impressed at how he captured us - he understood us as if he had known us our whole lives and was able to display that in his video. We made a special request for an intro based on the intro to the show "Californication" and he did it perfectly. I consider myself a perfectionist .... but nothing compared to Michael! He is extremely detail-oriented and clearly loves his work! Aside from the amazing videos he produces, he is excellent at making his clients feel like they are the only wedding he has for the year. His personal attention goes a long way for nervous brides! He is early in his career, so we consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to book him for our wedding! I'm sure in a few more years, it will be close to impossible!
