While I was here visiting for work, a fire hydrant had a major leak which we found out the…read moremaintenance people started. They couldn't even knock on our door and let us know that we should move. They completely ignored us. There was no emergency phone number to call so I called the police department to let them know about the fire hydrant. The regional manager abused his power and got loud with us and didn't solve any problems. He instigated a fight and just kept saying that he's the regional manager so we will listen to him and he will get us kicked out because we wanted to know why no one knocked on our door when a bunch of the maintenance people were just standing around gossiping amongst each other talking negatively about all of the residents in the community. I had to go file a police report because they almost got people killed in this place. I'm surprised that they would allow such a person to be a regional manager. Other maintenance people drove past and laughed in our face. All you hear them talking about is how the residents complain about everything. They are terrible lousy people who have no customer service whatsoever. I don't recommend this place at all.

When there is an overpayment on your account and you file a waiver of debt, they have 60 days to get back to you if they approved it and pay what they owe you but they don't do anything. When your a victim of Fraud you have hard evidence, they will not help you. If your home get damages like my did back in June when we had that bad storm in the valley they refused to help. They say you can only get an advance if your facing Eviction, Power Cut off or matter in that matter, they don't care a refused to do their jobs.
