While I was here visiting for work, a fire hydrant had a major leak which we found out the maintenance people started. They couldn't even knock on our door and let us know that we should move. They completely ignored us. There was no emergency phone number to call so I called the police department to let them know about the fire hydrant. The regional manager abused his power and got loud with us and didn't solve any problems. He instigated a fight and just kept saying that he's the regional manager so we will listen to him and he will get us kicked out because we wanted to know why no one knocked on our door when a bunch of the maintenance people were just standing around gossiping amongst each other talking negatively about all of the residents in the community. I had to go file a police report because they almost got people killed in this place. I'm surprised that they would allow such a person to be a regional manager. Other maintenance people drove past and laughed in our face. All you hear them talking about is how the residents complain about everything. They are terrible lousy people who have no customer service whatsoever. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Stayed here in a fifth wheel. Has some sewer issues in the area we were in. Occasional water turned off with only FB notice, if your not on FB you don't get notified! Love the people that were guests or residents, they KNOW who to trust in the staff. Listen to them! read more

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would! Over 100 dollars in damages and the could have completely fried my c class rv. The incompetent maintenance staff opened the fire hydrant for an issues that was so far away you weren't aware of anything going on. My neighbors came and alerted me to the fact of fast moving water from a fully opened fire hydrant was about to flood my campsite. With a sprained ankle by the time I could get out and start moving things my site was already under 6 inches of water. I had electrical plugged in and laying on the ground which could have been a huge disaster. Possibly killing someone with their gross negligence. I called the office and nobody was available. This took place on a Sunday. I had to call the fire department to see if they knew what was going on. Ultimately I had the supposed regional manager of wilder rv resorts tell me to my face he didn't care about me or my belongings and that's how they do things. I told him I'd call corporate and he laughed saying he is corporate. I have documented videos of him being disrespectful and laughing at the whole Situation. A police report has been filed against him with the Pharr PD. Avoid this place at all costs as their are many options around and ones that are much better! read more
