The wait time for prescription pick-up can reach up to 25-30 minutes, but this is mostly at busy times and only due to administrative requirements so it doesn't reflect the staff's work at all. My tip is to set yourself up online so you can order your prescriptions in advance and have a speedy pickup. I've had my prescriptions set up at both this Pharmaprix and the Uniprix further down south on St-Charles. The service is without a doubt better at this location.

We were exhausted, and our car battery went dead in the parking lot after shopping. The gas station nearby wasn't of help, and we couldn't get a boost from anyone nearby. Couldn't reach our roadside assistance. When asking in the store if anyone could help, Christine jumped right in and offered her jumper cables and vehicle, and Pierre got our car going in no time. So kind and helpful, and something they didn't need to do at all. Really puts our faith back in humanity. People helping people. As it should be. Deeply appreciated.

She goes out of her way to help you when you need it and really listens to her clients. I am very impressed with this, as it is not something you get in other pharmacies. Her staff are great, she has taught them well, it always comes from the top, and Nathalie, being a top notch teacher and pharmacist really knows her stuff, and how to deal with clients in a compassionate way and helpful way, shows her staff how to do the same. I have been with this pharmacy for a number of years and live a little bit out of the way from it, but I won't give it up as it is truly a wonderful pharmacy with a superb owner/pharmacist, Nathalie Turgeon. It took 15 minutes for them to call my name and then it was still the generic! I asked if they even had the brand name, when they said yes I said I would wait agin until they filled it properly. It took another 15 minutes - meantime I se the pharmacist (CZ) and the assistant laughing behind the counter. When the clerk finally calls me again, the little basket not only has the proper prescription, but also the two bottles of generic which were prepared in error - she was going to give all 3 bottles to me! Everyone was so rude - I ahve been going here for 20+ years, and never had such an experience. I will switch for sure!.c
