This is the best pharmacy I've ever encountered. There is a circular seating booth in the centre of the room, where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle unfolding on Cannon Street whilst waiting for your prescription. Staff are incredibly friendly and easy going, and enjoy indulging in light hearted repartee with their customers. I've never had to wait long for my prescription, and if I was kept waiting I wouldn't mind. Another great thing about this place is that it is open plan, with most of the stock being stored on shelves behind the counter. This adds to the interactive relationship between staff and customers. It also feels reassuring to see your prescription being arranged in front of your eyes, and means that staff can't disappear into a back room for hours like they are sometimes prone to doing (not that the lovely, conscientious staff here would behave in such a way, of course.)
All in all, a charming little pharmacy. read more
