Clean, bright, knowledgeable English speaking staff, and everything from perfumes to medicines - everything you expect of a typical Amavita location. So way only three stars? They need to come up with a better way to manage the compact space and high volume of people who are always in this store. They have a high number of staff who are always behind the 3-4 cash registers, but they each have long individual lines that when backed up block the aisles. This makes it hard to first squeeze your way through to look for what you need and get it, and then get in line to purchase it. They need some type of ticket numbering system to ensure better efficiency of the lines and cash registers.

Everything is packed into the walls beside or behind the counters, making it very hard to browse for something or find anything on your own. I have been in this place many times, and just saw today that they carried band-aids hidden in a corner. They have a bit of everything, but good luck finding it behind the corners and amongst the many people waiting in a small space. People waiting? I must have forgotten to mention that this place is always crowded with people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. They recently installed a ticket system, which definitely helped. You now have to take a ticket when you enter, and wait for your ticket number to show up on the board above. Be ready to wait for awhile, even though their are many pharmacists working here, it always seems like it takes 15- 20 minutes to talk to anyone. This is definitely not the place to go and get hand lotion or band-aids. People clearly come here for one thing, ordering and picking up their prescriptions. So you are probably wondering, why go here, and why is it so busy? It's because it is one of the few places in the area that carries a large variety of natural medicines and treatments. It definitely comes at a price, but at least you can get it. I always miss super supplements back home when I come here. The pharmacists are friendly, and there is always someone who speaks English. Another plus, is that the inside of the pharmacy transports you back to another time, the wooden decor and set up of the pharmacy feels as if the pharmacy hasn't been renovated or touched in years.
