I then waited another 30 minutes for them to correct the mistake, just to be told afterward that they had run out of what I originally ordered. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the food I never received, they refused. So after spending over an hour and a half waiting, I left without the meal I ordered and without my money back. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. Poor communication, excessive wait times, an incorrect order, and then refusing to issue a refund for an item they could no longer provide is simply terrible customer service. I definitely will not be returning.

We didn't eat anything as they don't serve food but my friend and I both had a Tonic Water with Lime with our cigars and watched the March Madness games on tv. The kicker was that there was a second side of it which is the speakeasy and private club area which I'm definitely a sucker for. The vibe inside was amazing and it didn't take much square footage to accomplish this for their patrons. Great black owned business and experience if you're in supporting the black community. Plus the cigar selection is not overwhelming but it's all premium quality.

We were obviously gay and the didnt like it or want us there... If at the chance we even got too close to the pool tables they would then yell at the top of their lungs to "get off" the tables. Nobody was ever "on" these tables. The leader of this pack was a 55-65 year old karen who had her hair tied back in a horrible attempt of a blonde dye job... she then proceeded to get up from her seat and walk over to us and tell us to stay away from the pool tables and that she had her eyes on us. After what felt about 30 minutes of intense mean mugging and hateful looks... we decided to leave and take our money to another place.
