(A flatbed tow is pretty straightforward and definitely a much less risky proposition than a two-wheel tow with dollies, which is what their rates compared to. In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow! Jomar was very professional, accurately set my expectations as to when I should expect arrive of the truck, and provided a proper invoice immediately after asking. TL;DR: compared to local competition for the same service that cost more from people who were kind of rude over the phone, choosing JVM was a no-brainer. I'll definitely call J again if I need roadside help!

A good friend needed a starter and her car was stuck 45 minutes south. Elier was great, he was able to get to the car faster than the owner of the car and pulled it out of a tough parking space by himself. I can't say enough good things about this company.

But I definitely wanted to give kudos to Joe and Bolton Towing for being professional and very reasonable.
