Home Smart, specifically Michelle Farnell, is a very questionable company…read more On August 19, 2025 during a home inspection of my property Michelle Farnell (the buyers agent) decided to go through my personal papers to find my HVAC company. Because the air would not go below °79 degrees she called my company, Rescue One. She claimed that she was my property manager, gave them her email and said that it was an emergency. At the time I was in the middle of a Dr. appointment. This caused a series of events that cost me additional money to replace a minor valve. Confidentiality and ethics were breached and though no law was broken ( I don't think so anyhow) I would stay away from this company and this especially this agent.

Do not work with Joan Valentine, she is a scammer! We were going to rent a property from her and…read moreshe was so pushy about getting the deposit asap and making us sign the lease the day off. We weren't going to move in until August so I'm not sure what the urgency to sign the lease that day was. I called her and said I will not sign the lease and she was extremely rude to me and my bf, saying we don't meet the qualifications and that her daughter said she shouldn't rent to us. I asked her why she sent us the lease and approved us for the home if she didn't want to rent to us. Then she told us someone else gave the deposit and they are taking the house. She didn't tell us any of this, she was waiting for us to send the money so she could pocket it and give the house to someone else. And now the house is still on the market. Joan is a liar, a scammer, and I'm so happy we did not trust her!

The People at Remax Signature are totally awesome and the service is excellent…read more I called Audra Soto to help us find another house to rent; she encouraged me to try to buy a house instead of renting due to the rising costs of rentals. The only problem was we're Seniors on a fixed income and we just don't have that kind of money. Ms. Soto told me not to worry about it, there are programs to help people like us. First Ms Soto referred me to the Fairway Independent Mortgage Company. They helped us to get financed. They also helped us get into an Arizona Program that payed the down payment and most of the closing costs. Next the team at Remax emailed me several home to look at. Daina Garard drove me all over Sun City, then into Peoria. That's where we found the perfect home for us. It's in Peoria, right on the border of Sun City. It's also an Adult Community and is totally affordable for us. We just love it. Overall we can't say enough good things about Remax Signature and all the people that work there. They definitely work as a team. Everyone there is very professional and they really helped us out.

just sold my house without paying a seller agent commission. I listed on REVINRE for zero…read morecommission. For $0 they put you on MLS, put a sign in the yard, and handle agents' showing requests - beyond that I did everything else; staging, lock box, open houses, open house signs, almost every weekend being on standby. Sounds like a lot of work but remember we are talking a five-figure sum of money to be saved. During a purchase contract that ultimately fell through, I paid Revinre $250 for 2 hours phone consultation. For the successful contract, I knew enough that I didn't need any more help. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is the agent could have condensed her 2-hours worth of conversations into maybe 45 minutes. The process of selling a home really is that straightforward Prior to Revinre I spent 2 months FSBO; that's a waste of time unless you are on MLS. Too much stigma for home buyers who don't care to learn how easy the process really is. And why would they? They are getting VIP treatment on someone else's dime, the seller's. And a buyer's agent has no interest in showing an FSBO, but you will get a TON of calls from agents offering to sell for you. Can I recommend Revinre? Knowing what I know now yes, I would use them again. I am never paying a seller commission again! (:0)
