I had been under the care of several urologists in the Denison to Dallas areas over those years including one well known Uro-Gynecologist in the Plano, TX. . As soon and I finished a round of antibiotics I would have another UTI start sometimes within a week even though I was on a nightly dose of suppressive antibiotic therapy. Absolutely no one had been able to help me... EXCEPT for Dr Tart here in Sugar Land, TX. She was an absolute Godsend to me! It has taken a little time but I finally am having LASTING relief from those nerve wracking and uncomfortable UTI's which were wearing me down. If you are experiencing chronic UTI's STICK WITH her and follow ALL of her advice. This young female urologist knows what she is doing!! She has been such a blessing to me!

Phone calls were not returned promptly from the office staff, although, when calls were finally returned, they were helpful and responsive. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Olgetree, if needed and highly recommend his urology services.

He stated that they would "examine the area I was concerned about at my next visit" which I found preposterous - why not just examine it right then and there? Clearly they wanted me to spend more money. Why make the effort to update the review? A week after my visit with Dr. Durrani, my symptoms worsened. I went to the ER, and discovered it was a tumor growth. The ER doctor even noted that Dr. Durrani should've provided a more thorough exam and assess the area I was concerned about. When one of Dr. Durrani's staff called me, he stated that the area I was worried about was "probably because my bladder was full" which wasn't even the case at all. The fact that a tumor was overlooked because Dr. Durrani didn't bother to assess the area properly as a health care provider is upsetting. Like I've stated before, I continuously reminded him regarding the distended area. He never palpated it, looked at it - nada. $200 gone for a terrible appointment.

My heart was about to explode. It's a tad bit scary when you get to prop yourself up on a table to have some stranger cut your "boys" open and "tie and burn your tubes"... That was the terminology I was given so I am sticking with it. Dr. Pham's nurses were very friendly and made jokingly comforting whims, so i got to joke around and that made it feel less scary. I really appreciated that as I felt like I was going to die from nervousness. Well, I was quickly led into the exam room, they told me all about what to expect and I asked what needed to be asked and we quickly moved on. Soon after the nurse left the room Dr. Pham came in and introduced himself. A very nice guy. He explained everything that Ann, his nurse explained in great detail. So it was all green lights so far. I hopped on the table and got ready for my testicular exam. I passed needless to say and I was ready for the vasectomy. I was led into another room where I again propped myself up on the examination bench. They prepped themselves and we were ready to rock n roll. Conversation was small talk as what do you talk about when some guy and a lady are looking at your package. In all honesty, it was very comfortable and pleasant as can be. The numbing process was quick and painless, well you do feel a little bit of a prick... No pun intended. But it was quickly numbed away, after that it was a short 20 mins and we were done. Two tiny incisions and a little discomfort later I am good to go. It was not nearly as bad as I thought the night before. I couldn't sleep cause i was so worried! Now, I look back and think... What a big baby I was! Women go through so much more than what I experienced today. Much respect to all the ladies! I am very grateful I visited Dr.Pham office, he is top notch for anything dealing with urology. I highly recommend him if anyone is interested in his services. Guys, if you are at a point in your life that you know you don't want more kids and your wife or partner is constantly taking birth control to prevent it. Do her and you a favor, see Dr. Pham... He will make both your lives better and it's so easy it only takes 30mins and all you need is some Tylenol for pain. No big deal.
