Following my order, I had to continually follow up with phone calls as to when the safe would be delivered. Due to it's half-ton weight, we built a special cabinet in my closet and reinforced the floor. I continued to email and finally called (now a good two months into it), to be told they don't know of anyone who could deliver such a heavy safe. (Why sell a product you cannot deliver?). After my initiating further emails with no helpful answers, I called to discover that they found someone to deliver the safe, but it would cost $2000.00 and they'd need a crane. Great, now they tell me. Well, we had the safe delivered and waited until we had a crane at our house for some remodeling we're doing. Long story short, crane came, it took almost all day of our paid workers getting it upstairs over the balcony. Uncrated the beast to find a beat up piece of junk. Oh yeah, it came with the wrong lock and no combination, much less documentation. Fast forward, lots of emails and calls, VIRTUALLY ALL INITIATED BY ME, and the safe was finally opened by a locksmith to find a junky, tinny, filthy interior that was falling apart. No end of the story yet and I'm still initiating the calls to remedy it. To-date, piece of junk half-ton safe, over $ 6,000 spent and no resolve. The website looks appealing but the company is in over its head and cannot deliver on everything they sell. Bummer, they made me wary of pricy online purchases. Vault and Safe you cost a lot of businesses my money. This is my first negative review. It was important to me to warn people given these items are nearly impossible to return due to their weight.
