I asked if I could take the pieces home anyway just for the memory and I could try to glue it, and the lady told me I couldn't! I asked her why if they were just going to throw it in the trash anyway, and she told me it was their policy! Are you kidding me?? How does that even make sense? She refunded my money for the piece, but when I got home, I realized I was not refunded the tax that I originally paid either! I deserve an explanation from the manager as to why no one bothered to call me to let me know my piece was broken, as well as not being refunded the tax, and not being able to take the broken piece home when they were just going to trash it anyway.
