It was very reasonable and he will try his hardest to save you money on materials while at the same time not sacrificing quality. Him and his guys had my paver patio done in a day and a half the following week. They are all very professional and even my neighbor liked his work so much he got a quote from him too and will mostly likely contract him to do a walk way. If you want to install pavers for any reason I definitely recommend contracting this company.

We agreed on a price and started the project during the bad storms we had intermittently in late July/early August. We were not completely satisfied with the initial appearance of the eventual, finished results. However after some minor communication problems, Lester's guys came and applied another coat of sealer to the driveway. We have been very pleased with the finished product, and feel like we got our money's worth. We would definitely consider contracting with them again when another maintenance job is required. Good job.

I had verified the insurance maintained by the company and their warranty on labor. I loved that I was able to call the office and speak to an individual who set up an appointment to do the estimate. Skip was prompt, knowledgeable and did not talk down to me because it was a woman. Premier Brick Pavers is the only company that really did not give me flack on doing the small paver walk in the back yard with recycled pavers. On the day of the install the men arrived early and we discussed my concerns. The drive has always had a drainage issue and the lead installer found an excellent way to solve the problem. The precision he showed was amazing. The other man though was an artist! The edging on the driveway, and I did not expect such attention to detail, is truly lovely! But what really blew me away was the little paver path in the backyard!! They installed the hex block in a path to the alley and then the installer used the cement saw and created a beautiful sweeping curved walk...by eye!! It is really lovely! When I am out front people will ask me about my experience and I of course give them my rave review and the details that made me choose Premier over the competitors, but I take them out back to look at the hex block path and their jaws drop as well. It is TRULY beautiful!! Thank you for a job well done and for exceeding my expectations!

In February of 2019, they were coming loose and Couch reinstalled them. This year I hired a mason to have several others reinstalled that also were loose. Since then, it appears the majority of the pavers on front porch are loose and need to be reinstalled. I have contacted Couch Brick Pavers thru their website contact form twice and also called them & left a detailed message twice - all without even the common courtesy of a return call. These pavers have been down only 5 years and if they'd been properly installed would still be solidly in place. In contrast, not even one of the 900 Square Feet of thin pavers installed in my pool/patio area in 2012 by another company has loosened. Obviously Couch did a poor installation and they don't stand behind their work. 5/29/24 As an addendum to my prior review of Couch Brick Pavers, I'd like to add that Larry Couch sent a crew of four this morning to remedy prior problems I have had. If diligence counts for anything, these pavers should be trouble-free for many years to come. The crew reinstalled those that were loose, totally removed & reinstalled an area that wasn't level with the driveway & that could cause a fall, and finally re-sanded the entire job. They left absolutely no mess behind and the pavers look brand new - thank you, Couch Brick Pavers, for standing behind your work!

I texted him photos of the damage, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price, and the repair was done within two days. He was actually only at my home for about one hour.
