Dr. Lagomarsino "Dr. L," as we affectionately call her is truly an outstanding dentist, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough wonderful things about her and the care she provides at Wallington Dental. I've been a patient of Dr. L's for more than 20 years, long enough that she no longer feels like just my dentist; she feels like family. My mother and other members of my family are patients as well, and we have all had consistently wonderful experiences. Dr. L is exceptionally skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her patients. What I appreciate most is that she never makes you feel as though she is trying to sell you something or do more work than is necessary. Her focus is always on providing the best care for you and helping you make informed decisions about your dental health. Whether I've needed routine care, restorative work, or advice about something cosmetic like Invisalign or braces, she has always taken the time to explain my options and offer honest, practical guidance about what actually makes sense. And yes, I still have all of my teeth! I've had some work done over the years, although I will fully admit that some of it could probably have been avoided if I had listened to her and flossed as much as I should have. She has certainly done her part, I just didn't always do mine! The entire office reflects the same level of care and professionalism. Margaret at the reception desk is incredibly thorough, organized, and attentive. She is always on top of appointments and makes sure you receive those helpful reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. The whole practice is truly a well-oiled machine. But beyond the excellent dentistry, there is something else I really value about going to Wallington Dental: the feeling you get when you walk through the door. In a world that can sometimes feel increasingly chaotic, there is something wonderfully normal, welcoming, and reassuring about being there. Dr. L is friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. We often talk about healthy living and wellness, which makes every visit feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone who genuinely cares about you. After more than two decades, I realized that I had never actually taken the time to write a review and I wanted to change that. We don't always take the time to acknowledge the people who have consistently taken care of us over the years, and Dr. L deserves to be acknowledged. I am incredibly grateful that she is my dentist and for the excellent care she has given me and my family for so many years. She is a wonderful doctor, a thoughtful professional, and a genuinely good person. My teeth thank her for it and so do I.

Stephanie made sure she addressed my concerns and shared them with Dr. Chen. As usual, Dr. Chen was a Prince, being both knowledgeable and reassuring. Seems like a decent value to me. I can only speak for the Fort Lee location, but if you're looking for a new dentist, definitely check out Beam Dental!

The staff is what really makes it great though. Highly recommend

I was looking for an office with exception detail and attention to safety during the pandemic. I…read moresaw in their website and insta all the updates and equipment they installed to further clean and purify the air. So I decided to give it a shot as my old dentist, the office is older and didn't feel comfortable going there. The office is clean, new, and sparkly. It's like walking into a modern hotel lobby. The exam room was also nice and there are big windows to let the light in. Everything looked so clean. I loved the comfort menu. What a nice touch! I didn't really ask for anything as I was just doing a routine exam. For longer procedure, I might ask for a few things from the menu. The doctor did put some lip balm on my lips and that was so thoughtful because my lips weren't totally dried out after cleaning like they usually do. Who knew you could get a bit of pampering at the dentist office! Dr. Lee was great. Efficient and explained things well. She came to clean instead of a hygienist. I really like my old dentist but I just love the new office, equipment, and special touches throughout the office.

Everyone was warm and welcoming from the start- including the receptionist, Stef the dental assistant, and Dr. Angela Kim. I liked that Dr. Kim gave me the option to put on a stronger temporary cement for my crown in case I had to wait longer for my permanent. Also, I liked how Stef noticed the dental light was shining in my eyes and moved it. The office is beautiful and I liked that they didn't push any extra products. I do think they are a bit pricey compared to my regular dentist, but for an emergency visit it was well worth it for me.

I will preface this by saying this practice was recommended to me and I am sure my experience is…read morenot everyone's My rating stems from my personal experience with this practice. If your teeth are otherwise fine and you are having no difficulties and this practice starts acting dramatically, painfully probing your gums claiming you have alarming bone loss and telling you you need more than a regular cleaning, like a deep cleaning or dental scaling and root planing as they told me, run and get a 2nd opinion stat!!! I did and found out from a reputable practitioner that East Madison exaggerated my bone loss, suggesting that I would soon lose my teeth, evidently to frighten me into agreeing to a totally unnecessary, painful and expensive procedure. I was told by my new dentist who also gently checked that my bone loss was not severe and I was not at risk for losing my teeth, dhouldI live to be 100 as long as I continue to take care of them as I have. East Madison is a multi-practice complete with endodontists and state of the art, expensive equipment and the money to pay for it all reasonably has to come from its clients. Understandable, that there would be a somewhat larger bill at such a practice if run ethically. Unfortunately, the temptation to push unneeded procedures must be high. Better to go to a well-reviewed small practice. I found this article useful and hopefully you will too if you find yourselves in a similar position.
