The receptionist said she didn't have any openings that day, but would call me if there was a cancel. Sure enough, they called that same day. I was so impressed with the staff and the routine for recording a new patient. They were so sweet and friendly. Dr. Jeff Shields recognized the polyp and froze it, then sniped it off. My dog was calm and seemed to be in love with him and everyone else there. Dr. Shields was kind, explained everything, including his views on care of teeth, and gave me good information about the Westie breed. This is my 3rd Westie in 35 years, so we were able to agree on everything. He is incredibly well informed! The cost for the visit was very affordable, and being retired for 20 years, I am grateful for that! All in all, I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and competent veterinarian. Kudos to them!!

I have one before picture of how my youngest Dalmatians (1.5 years old) at the time looked in January vs February when I picked her up....... I will say when I put her in my car I started to cry because she looked so sick. Both of my doggies had a large box of food, there was no food at all when I picked them up, so I'm confused if they actually ate? And did they run out and just not get fed????? I don't know if they specifically hate Dalmatians, but my girls did not deserve this treatment. So I ask. If they didn't eat, why wouldn't I be called?..... when I picked them up on February 20th and offered them water, they drank it down so fast like they had never seen water. The amount of food they ate made them sick, it was a hunger type fast paced eating..... I couldn't believe that a place I trusted so much had let me down this badly!!! So I have to ask do they target specific breeds??? Anyways I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody, and I'm disappointed....... We had to drive to Texas this same week and stopped at an emergency vet on the way because of increasing respiratory distress.......
