They came in the middle of the night to pick up our loved one in a town 30 miles away. Besides being professional, they were caring and very sensitive to a traumatic situation. Colt and Joe met with us at the funeral home on a Sunday afternoon; as no previous arrangements had been made, they patiently guided us through every single step of the lengthy process of planning and executing an extraordinary celebration of life service for our loved one. From pallbearers to flowers to plots to music/video creation, these guys are TOP NOTCH. Every text, phone call, email was answered promptly, if not immediately. When we went for our private family viewing, we were so grateful for the careful attention that had been given to restore our loved one's appearance following a lengthy illness. The relief our family felt was met with tears, laughter and joy. If your family finds yourself needing this type of service, please reach out to these guys. They are the very best at what they do. A huge thank you to Colt and his entire staff for making a difficult situation much easier.
