I can't believe I haven't written a review for my favorite veterinarian yet!! I've been bringing my…read moredogs and cats to Dr. Foley and her staff since I moved here in 2014. She truly cares about your pets and she's affordable. I had an elderly lab named Shadow who passed away from cancer at 13, and Dr. Foley and her team were all crying with my boyfriend and I because they truly cared about him. They helped us get him cremated, they took care of the entire process. I just love them. And when I had a feral mama cat and her babies show up at my house, I trapped them all and she spayed, neutered and vaccinated them all for a reasonable price. We rescued another lab mix named Luke who had been through a lot of trauma and has PTSD. Dr. Foley helped us treat him with calming treats and she gave us advice on how to help him acclimate to his new life. He's now one of the best dogs ever! We will always take our pets to Dr. Foley and her team for any of their needs.

Not the most compassionate office around. Something you want in a vet, right?…read more I called to ask a their end of life services. Once they realized I wasn't a customer, they left me on hold, only to say no they wouldn't be able to see me for weeks because the doctor was traveling. No relief doc, really? I won't be taking my pet there for checkups. That's for sure. Update. Read the manager 's reply and then my other reviews. This reply illustrates exactly who they are. The manager attacks my character, calling me negative, without knowing me at ALL. She didn't read my reviews because I rarely give a negative review, but hundreds of people have read and appreciated my honest reviews. Don't trust your pets with them.

Nevertheless, he has never been upset when I picked him up from Amelia Grace Animal Hospital. Whether it was nail clipping, vax shots, blood work, or an all-day stay, he clearly was OK in the hands of the staff. His thyroid condition, which had to be handled very carefully so as to not cause renal failure, has improved remarkably under the care of Dr.s Zick, Carson, and Witt. The staff have always been helpful -- even when it is a morning full of incoming dogs and cats! They are knowledgeable with their patients and humans, they are expedient with requests and refills, and they are professional and friendly. To be sure, Amelia Grace Animal Hospital is a place where all the staff and vets understand their work, and the patients they treat show it.

I got a next day appointment and was swiftly shown to a private room- no having to sit in waiting room. She and Ryan made a great team while examining him. I wasn't rushed at any point. Even payment was handled in a discreet, thoughtful way that allowed me to pay and leave quickly. I couldn't have asked for a more caring experience.

We have been coming to Carolina Ranch for over two years now for both veterinary and boarding…read moreservices. Their service is excellent and the vets and other staff really care for your pets. They listen to your thoughts and answer all questions you have. We brought in our beagle-corgi mix because we were concerned about an issue she was having. We came in when they opened at 7 AM, but was told the vets do not show up until 8 AM. Nonetheless, they still started processing us ahead of time so we could get in with a vet right away. During the examination process, Dr. Kinter was very informative and patient with us. She explained each option we had and never pressured us in any way to make a certain decision. We felt that she truly cared for the health of our dog, just as we have felt when we have brought both dogs in for their regular checkups. Carolina Ranch is more expensive than other vets/boarding facilities, but we know they are in the best care while we are away, given the facility is also an animal hospital. We have boarded our dogs at other facilities in the area and they have come home stinky, dirty, and coughing. This has never happened at Carolina Ranch. I'd rather pay a bit more for top-of-the-line care from people who actually care about your animals.

Took my dog up there on 27th of August for cherry eye surgery and to get spayed. $1000s of dollars later and multiple vet bills bc my dog got really sick from meds and had to be hooked to IV's. 2 weeks after final eye check up cherry eye is back out. They tell us that they could do surgery again for discounted rate. Something wasn't done right bc no way if it was stitched properly it would last less than a month. They did say it probably will never come back out but could when she gets older and here i am $1000s of dollar spent and have the same looking dog with huge cherry eye after spending money on surgery, diarrhea meds, probiotics, eye creams, cones, changing her foods bc her stomach was so sensitive afterwards... I'm beyond frustrated and the lack of accountability from Clayton Animal Hospital is just astounding. Fix what you didn't do right is all I'm asking... Side note: 2 weeks after surgery we started seeing the white stitching string. The vet said this is normal. Now I don't think it is bc I think the stitching was coming out. Side note: their staff is great and pleasant to deal with and I love all of them and I hope we can come to resolution and I can update later that they did the right thing
