Place for pets. The pets available in here at my time of visit was cats, parrots, hamsters, lizards, tarantula, scorpion, and fish. They had a section that groom and train pets. Everything else are merchs for keeping your pet happy. I didn't see or feel anything outstanding in this store that would make me want to come back again...

My dog stayed at the Secaucus PetSmart hotel, for 10 days. She lost 5 pounds, when I picked her up she was unrecognizable she looked miserable, she was dirty smelled like dog urine, and really sick. I took her to the emergency vet at Paramus. She was diagnosed with a respiratory infection. I spent $800 at this place to take her of my dog while I was on vacations. My dog was completely neglected. The snacks , toy and blanket they asked for was never given to her. The bag was sealed and unopened. Her blanket still folded on her bag. The employees don't care about the dogs there. On top of that I had to spend over $1300 on vet bill. This not a trusty place.

I took my dog here for a last minute grooming appointment and Chelsea did a great job! She listen to everything that I asked and gave my Winnie the perfect cut. She was very sweet and kind and made the experience great

    Dead fish

I've never had a problem with this pet smart, however it's horrifying ..... a tank of fish just dying and dead. It was sad to see the more expensive fish cared for while these because they're cheap just neglected.

My dog has been there about 4 times for a half-day of camp play. 1st day- she came out with her eyes super red, and anxious, like they didn't give the dogs a nap time. 2 time- she came out with a whisker missing and dried blood on her face. They pointed it out to me, and said it didn't happen there, that she must have arrived like that. I just chuckled at their feeble attempt to deny culpability, responded with silence, paid and left...(after this, I didn't go back for months) This last time I took her because I was In need of some serious rest and quiet time, and she seemed ok when I picked her up... then developed severe pink eye infection, by the next morning. I think the counter people are nice, but every single time I go and pick her up, I have to go back because her food container is missing, leash/collar or harness is missing, or her entire travel bag... and mind you , I have everything clearly labeled with her name. Their prices are the cheapest around, but at almost every pickthere is some kind of unanticipated issue... and proving it happened there would be difficult, because they lack transparency. The local "mom and pop" doggy day care shops have web cams.. why not corporate, chain store PetSmart? Not sure how long I can keep rolling the dice with this company...I don't necessarily blame the above issues on PetSmart... but cameras where I can see for myself what's happening with my pooch, would increase my trust of the facility greatly ....

Rude workers. I came all the way from Manhattan to this location and was extremely disappointed with their customer service tactics.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Actually a complete lack of service. Associates rolled their eyes when I asked for assistance.

Great service here! I called you a couple months ago because one of my pet parents (I am a breeder)…read morecalled me just panicking because she was on vacation and her neighbor friends that were watching her puppy Frankie, a ten month old miniature dachshund and unfortunately they were unable to sleep because he was whining and up all night crying and they could not sleep and that now she needed to find a place for him to stay immediately. Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Terrible. First off these 5 star reviews must be FAKE the pet sitter that was supposed to be…read moresitting was changed last minute, without giving us notice. Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

They make everything so easy for me -- they do both pick-up and drop-off (only $10 each way on weekdays and $30 on weekends!), which is huge when I'm working long or weird hours and can't get home in time. They also literally have everything I could ever need in one place: daycare, boarding, veterinary care, and grooming. Peach has boarded with them before and it went perfectly. And the grooming? They do it while she's already at daycare and then drop her off at home clean and fluffy, so I come home to a happy, tired, freshly groomed dog. It's the most convenient thing ever. The grooming prices are very reasonable and the quality of the grooming is the best she's had (and we've tried MANY groomers). They're incredibly responsive over text and email, which I appreciate when I'm at work and can't call. And one of my absolute favorite parts: the daily report card and photos of my dog every single day so I know exactly how she's doing. Plus they have a live webcam you can access from anywhere -- I check in on Peach from work all the time and it always makes my day. I truly can't recommend Strut Your Pup enough. They treat my dog like family and make my life as a busy dog mom so much easier.

I scheduled an evaluation on Monday, December 6th, 2021 for Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. I did this through their website on their automated calendar system. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. I know the claim there is three sides to a story. I have attached screenshots of the conversation so you all can be the judge.
